In a beautiful location with amazing views over the estuary and sea. The apartment is in a small complex right in the heart of the beautiful fishing village of Alvor.This private complex boasts electric gates to private parking along with well kept gardens and a beautiful pool. The apartment has a spacious twin bedroom en-suite and a second bathroom off the lounge/ dining room. The Lounge has a very comfortable double sofa bed, TV /DVD player and CD player. The kitchen is fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, oven/hob and fridge freezer. The village centre is less than a 2 minute walk as is the estuary where the local fishermen land their catch. Alvor's fantastic long sandy beach is less than a 5 minute stroll away.

We stayed in this lovely apartment in June when the weather was in high 30's every day! The apartment was perfect. Everything available you could wish for including beach towels and a hairdryer.
Excellent location overlooking harbour with glorious views and 5 mins. from beach and right in the heart of the small town of Alvor which is very picturesque.
In all a perfect location, lovely apartment and very handy to travel around the area if you have a car although that is by no means required.
AC not working in bedroom but owner provided a fan on request. The patio door lock was broken and did feel more effort could be made to fix this!
In Alvor the restuarants were all of a very high standard. Ate out lunch and dinner each day and never a bad meal in two weeks.
Owner's Response: We are delighted that our guests enjoyed their stay. Whilst we make every effort to rectify faults, things take a long time to organise in a very laid back Portugal!! Although locks were faulty on patio doors and parts are on order (other owners are apparently having the same problem - the locks are produced in Spain), there was no risk to security as outer shutters can be locked and bolted to prevent access from outside. In relation to the air conditioning unit, the part has been delivered and is to be fitted imminently.
