One-bedroom holiday rental on the first floor sleeping up to 4 people. Access is gained by stairs or lift. This charming Grimaudieres apartment with shared pool is within easy walking distance of a glorious safe, sandy beach. The south facing, bright apartment has full sliding patio doors opening to a large loggia with table and 4 chairs overlooking pool & River Giscle. The bedroom has King Size bed and fitted wardrobes. The Living Area has Double leather Sofa Bed two leather chairs, dining table + 4 chairs, storage, TV, DVD, CD player. The kitchenette has dishwasher, fridge,4 ring Hob, microwave, toaster, kettle & rotisserie. The Bathroom contains a shower, toilet, washbasin with storage, heated towel rail & hairdryer. There is also an ironing board and iron. There are Ceiling fans in Living Area & Bedroom. Free secure parking for 1 car. Situated in Port Grimaud Sud close to shops, bars and wonderful restaurants. Port Grimaud has 2 main squares, home to local markets twice a week.

Port Grimaud is a picturesque, Venetian style town on the Gulf of St Tropez. The individual, softly coloured houses and apartments are built on an elaborate system of canals and islands making the town mainly traffic free. There are regular ferry services to St Maxime and St Tropez. There are 2 sandy beaches, 1 providing a variety of water sports. There are boat and bike hire locally; tennis courts (fee payable locally). Crazy golf, summertime fair and hypermarket are all within walking distance of accommodation. Why not visit the pretty village of Gassin and the beautiful old village of Grimaud with its castle and take in the stunning views. Bormes-Les-Mimosas, Cannes, Antibes,St Raphael and Nice are all within 1 hours drive of Port Grimaud. Sit and enjoy the local wine and cuisine in one of the many wonderful restaurants in Port Grimaud & St Tropez. Come and see the unforgettable view across the bay as the setting sun turns St Tropez a glorious orange colour.

Food & Wine: This area of Provence is renowned for its fantastic food and wine. Many restaurants offer fixed price menus and 'plat du jour' which can be very good value. This is a wine producing area where you can visit the chateaux, taste and buy the wine produced. The local Provence speciality is Rose which compliments the cuisine wonderfully. Sit with a cool bottle of Rose by the water or on the market square in St Tropez or Port Grimaud and watch the world go by - you may be lucky enough to see one of the many celebrities who holiday in this area!

This is a lovely well equiped apartment in a beautiful area, we have had previous renting dissapointments from other sites however this apartment far exceeded our expectations. The owners are also a delight to deal with, will shall most definetly book this again.

it was everything the owners said it was ,we enjoyed the peacfulness and yet 7 mins from st tropez, pool was a big plus not many around,will recomend the owners ,
