Apartment of totally new construction, first line situated in the Cala Santanyí. It is one penthouse in a building of 8 apartments of high quality. A027 disposes of two double bedrooms, living-/ dining room and built-in kitchen, bathroom and a big terrace with marvellous views over the bay to the other side with some pine groves and nice villas. It is equipped with glass ceramic cooking zone, microwave, fridge, Sat-TV and washing machine.

Cala Santanyí, situated between Cala Figuera and Cala Llombards, in the 20s it included a few houses and fishermen's huts. It began to be developed in the '60s. The first tourist establishment was the Es Torrent bar. The Cala Santanyí Hotel was built in 1961. Today it is a beautiful and important tourist area. Cala Figuera made up of the Boira and Busquets coves, this centre already appears in documents in 1306. Santanyí stone was loaded on to ships at Cala Figuera for transport. A boathouse built in the middle of the 19th century by the priest José Burguesa and the doctor Bernat Escales was the first building. The first house dates from 1899 and belonged to the owners of Can Ferrereta. The first church, now a pizza restaurant, was built in 1938. A small market and the quay were built in 1950. Since 1963, tourist growth has not stopped in the area. Cala Llombards. The Centre ist situated between Cala Santanyí and S'Almunia built around a spectacular beach.
