Wagon House is an original stone and slate barn for self-catering, with its own garden. This property has been converted to a high standard of 4 star award. It is on an organic working family farm where there is sheep and cattle in the fields nearby. Also adjacent to the North Cornish coastal path. With excellent pubs and restaurants only a few miles away. The property has easy access into the well fitted kitchen including fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave, leading into the dining room, which also has a sofa for comfort and TV/DVD/freeview. The dining doors open onto a slate patio with garden furniture and a fenced garden ideal for children. On the ground floor is the master bedroom with en suite, a twin bedded room and the family bathroom with bath and shower. Upstairs is the living room and third bedroom and en suite. Electric, heating, bedlinen and towels are included in the price. Guests are requested not to smoke inside the property. Pets considered. Car park.

As a family we had a lovely holiday at the Wagon House the property had excellent facilities. The rooms were clean, warm with plenty of hot water.

Angela was most welcoming especially as a homemade cake awaited our arrival!

Port Issac and Boscastle are lovely with plenty of walks.

I have recommended this property to friends and family as its so quiet and peaceful.

We had such a lovely stay at Wagon House. Other than it being perfectly located for access to all of Cornwall, at most an hours drive away, the property was a welcome treat to come back to. It was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped with quality fixtures and fittings and it was great that each of the three bedrooms had their own bathroom facilities. It isn't often that I feel at home so quickly when staying in self catering accomodation but I did. and the property comes highly recommended by me. You won't be disappointed.

What a wonderful stay

We found this place at the last minute wanting to get away to the West country and what an idylic setting, it's a couple of miles from Port Isaac but is within easy access of the coastal paths and from the lounge upstairs you can look out over the sea. Angela was incredibly nice and even baked us a cake for our arrival!
Our Rhodesian Ridgeback was also very welcome.
We will definitely be going back, it's a perfect house in a perfect location within an easy drive of wherever you want to go in Cornwall.
