The holiday home is located on a dead-end street and by an artificially created lake. The pool (3x7m) can hardly be seen by the neighbours and has a covered sitting area. The house has a double garage, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; kitchen and utility room (washing machine and dryer) and a dining-living room. The living rooms are all equipped with tiled floors. In the house you will find 2 TVs, a radio, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, different kitchen appliances (coffee machine, blender, toaster, etc.). In the fridge you will also find an ice cube dispenser. Telephone and fax, air conditioning, hairdryer, gas grill, 3 bicycles and 5 beach chairs are available.

Naples is one of the top 100 destinations worldwide. The beach can be reached in about 10min. from the holiday home. (Pier in Naples) by car. It is 30min. to Vanderbilt Beach. There are a lot of places to swim and park along the coast. Naples has 35 golf courses. There is a regional airfield, from here you can go on tours. Naples is a good starting point for excursions to the Everglades.
