Nestling in a mature garden plot filled with exotic plants, the whole place is geared to relaxation, whilst being only 5 minutes away from the buzz and fun of Blanes and 10 minutes from Lloret de Mar. Three double bedrooms, 1 en-suites. The master bedroom is so large it will easily accommodate 2 extra persons Spacious living room with TV, DVD, Music system and lots of books. Large patio windows facing out to the garden, a large outside patio dining area leads to the pool and barbecue area where you can enjoy extensive views across the countryside and the nearby Vineyards. Very large kitchen with all you will need to cook up a feast.. Set in a quite residential location. Easily accessible to all coastal resorts along the Costa Brava, Barcelona and Girona.

Blanes beach is just 5 mins away by car or Bus. There are lots of beautiful coves along the coast including several nudist beaches. The nearest airport is Girona just 30 mins away by car. Barcelona airport is about 1 hour away, depending on traffic. There is an hourly bus service to and from Blanes, just 2 minutes up the road. Residencial Blanes is situated just 5 mins drive from the tranquil resort of Blanes. In the centre of Blanes and the tourist area (Los Pinos) you can find all the night life your heart desires, knowing you can leave all that noise behind and return to the more tranquil area of your Villa. Golf course is just 5 mins away. Blanes (where your Villa is located) is truly a gem of the Costa Brava.

The refundable damage deposit will be returned by Bank transfer no later than 10 days after departure. ALWAYS ASK IF THERE IS A DISCOUNT AVAILABLE, LATE BOOKINGS SOMETIMES CAN AVAIL OF THIS.
  • We will not rent to a group leader under 25 years of age.
    The rent is reserved exclusively for the people named on the confirmation and no other persons whatsoever are permitted to stay there unless this has been agreed with me in writing.
    There are restrictions on the number of teenagers or young adults in any one booking. Non smokers only. Heating is charged as per usage.

Place to go: Water World a very large aquatic park is very near, as is Marineland with their Dolfin shows and great water park, a wonderful day out for all the family, a free bus service is offered from the bus station. Blanes, hosts the yearly fireworks festival the last 2 weeks of July. Sand castle competitions, Foam Canons, Dancing and many more events, all for free. A must see extravaganza. The villa is just 30 mins from Gerona Airport, just 10 mins from the main auto route and 5 minutes to the nearest beach this is a perfect starting point to explore Catalonia and enjoy some authentic Spanish culture. There is a very good professional pitch 'n' putt course nearby. The location is ideal for a trip, by car, train or bus to Barcelona with its zoo, historic buildings, parks and cathedral designed by the artist Gaudi. Gerona is of historic interest as is Figueres, where the Dali museum is housed. The Botanical Gardens at Blanes are famous and a must see venue.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in der Villa. Ausgiebige Frühstücksrunden auf der Terrasse, wo wir abends auch gegrillt haben, waren ein optimaler Start in den Urlaubstag. Neben Schwimmen an schönen Stränden in nur 5 Minuten Entfernung haben wir auch Ausflüge gemacht und waren sogar Segeln.
Die Villa ist perfekt ausgestattet, deutsches TV, Musikanlage, große Küche, großes Wohnzimmer. Ganz kleiner Wehrmutstropfen: Betten z.T. etwas durchgelegen. Aber Sheila wird das ändern.

Had a wonderful relaxing holiday - just as we planned. The villa has lovely country views albeit only a 5 minute drive to the beach. The whole of Catalonia is on your doorstep and France is only a hop, skip and jump away. Sheila and Mike were most helpful and charming and we plan to return in the not too distant future.

A splendid week in the Costa Brava, made all the more enjoyable by the space, comfort and tranquility of the villa and its lovely garden. Hot, sunny days allowed for lunches and dinners on a large terrace that looks out over nearby vineyards and distant hills and enabled the children to make the most of the pool, in between searches for the garden lizards! The villa itself is well laid out and the enormous kitchen very well equipped. Barcelona and the beautiful Girona make for great days out and some of the little coves along the coast heading north are simply delightful. Enjoy!

Beautiful, comfortable villa

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa in Blanes. The house is very nicely furnished, very comfortable and clean. Especially the beautiful, large kitchen is equipped with all that can be hoped for and much more. The garden is also great, unfortunately it was too cold to try the pool. The location in the residential area is peaceful, but it is easy to get to the main roads and the drive to the closest supermarkets takes only 5 minutes. Sheila and her lovely dog Luckie were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the market day in Blanes and visited also other small towns close by.
