This relaxing and fun styled home is right for very relaxing days of lounging at the poolside or on the large dock. Listen to music throughout the entire house, as each bedroom has built in speakers, as well as the poolside and lanai. The rear of the home faces South which provides maximum hours and days of sunlight (the reason why you are coming to Florida)! This unique home sits on one of the eight lakes, of which this lake has a very beautiful short ride through the canals to get to the Gulf. Views : Our family vacation holiday home has an over-sized pool which is 37 feet long connected to a hot tub. The pool is heated, and you have control to the preferred temperature desired. From the deck you will have plenty of sunshine due to the Southern facing exposure. You can see and hear the fish swimming around the deck and in the lake. During our family vacations we have seen: - fish jumping out of the water - manatees resting in warmer waters during the winters months - stingray's - and other Depending on when you come you'll be able to pick the citrus off of the trees for breakfast and for drinks. You'll see frogs, geckos, and variety of mammals. - THIS IS A QUIET RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBOURHOOD. - NO SMOKING NOR FIRE BUILDING ON THE DECK, NOR IN THE HOUSE - PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF NEIGHBOURS and ENVIRONMENT
