This apartment has been furnished to a very high standard for our and our family's use during the winter months. There is 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and double sofa-bed to sleep 6. The lounge area has large sofa and armchairs. A Spanish-style dining table seats 6. The balcony has a table and chairs for alfresco dining with a wonderful view over the pools and gardens from the 2nd floor. There is a lift just outside the apartment door to all floors.

Los Alcazares is situated on the Mar Menor, Europe's largest salt-water lagoon with over 30km of beaches, many of them carrying the Blue Flag award for cleanliness. The Mar Menor is very safe for children, shelving gently to about 1m depth at some 50m out from the beach. It is much warmer than the Med due to it being so shallow. The Roman city of Cartagena is only 12km away with some good shopping streets and many sites of archaeological interest. Nearby is Parque Mediterranean where a new shopping complex has recently opened with names such as H&M, Zara, C&A etc.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The price includes our 'Meet and Greet' service by our Property Managers. You will be met at Murcia airport arrivals and accompanied to the apartment, where you will be settled in and shown operation of all equipment and appliances.
  • A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance due 6 weeks before departure, A security deposit of £150 will be required at time of final payment. This will be refunded to you on your return home following an inspection by our Property Managers. A £20 per week surcharge will apply to bookings for 5-6 occupants.
