A beautifully furnished detached villa, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, guest cloakroom, lounge, dining room, kitchen, private pool, barbecue, roof terrace and car port. Fully gated with a wall surround and security entrance, makes this a perfect and safe place for families with young children during the summer months. Because it is situated in a private estate of similar villas and positioned in a cul-de-sac, your stay at our home will be quiet and peaceful. It has central heating making it an ideal base for all golf fans that like the more idyllic early golfing months of the year. (There is an additional cost for central heating) The villa is close to Lagos town centre, Lagos Marina and Meia Praia beach, all of which are within walking distance. Praia da Luz, another beach town, is a 10 minute drive away. For golf-lovers, Palmares Golf Course is only a 5 minute drive from the villa. And other golf courses such as Boavista and Parque da Floresta are also very accessible.

Meia Praia beach, one of the most beautiful and longest in the Algarve is within walking distance, so too is Lagos marina and town centre. Here at the marina watch the millionaires in their boats, as you sit in one of the numerous cafes and restaurants, or simply watch the world go by. The quaint village of Praia de Luz and beach is also a mere 5-10 minute drive. For the goflers, Palmares Golf course 5 minutes drive away. Boavista and Parque de Floresta Golf courses, 10 minutes drive. Penina Golf course, 20 minutes drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Saturday to Saturday changeover. Times of arrival and departure can be flexible according to previous and oncoming guests. We can offer flexibility on changeover days outside the peak periods.

    To book with us we require 30% deposit of the total price payable at the booking time. The further remaining amount, must be received 4 weeks before departure date. Late payment will not guarantee your dates and you could be at risk of losing your booking.

    We also require a £250 deposit payable with the final payment. This is a deposit we hold to cover any breakages and damages that may have been caused to the villa and its contents during your stay. We also ask that the villa be left in a similar state to how you found it. We do not expect you to fully clean the villa when you leave, but to be of a reasonable and satisfactory state. After you leave our agent inspects the property and alerts us of any misdemeanour's. Once we are satisfied that everything is ok we refund the deposit usually

In a perfect location for our 3-family party the villa was just as described on the web page. We opted for a private mini-bus airport transfer, which worked out fine, as we could walk to Meia Praia beach and Lagos Town via the Marina. This saved us money and car travel stress.
The facilities were all there with plenty of room, all our extras were there too, which had been kindly and efficiently provided by the owner and local agent. The whole villa was well appointed, modern, spotless and situated in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Arrival and departure times were arranged to suit our flights, which with infants was a big help.
Friends who had found good accommodation and in particular good customer service, which is what we found, recommended Holiday-Rentals.co.uk.
We found a small Spar type shop and local Bar within 5 mins walk, terrific when you just want to pop-out for a re-fill. We did not try the Mandarin Chinese Restaurant, which was close-by. There are plenty of eating places to suit all budgets in Lagos town and by the Marina, just take your pick. We liked MEU LIMÃO, a tapas bar in front of the Golden Chapel. A short taxi ride back for a few Euros means you will be home quickly and safely.
On Meia Praia beach we did not have time for the catamaran sailing, but did make time for the Gaivota Branca beach restaurant. If you have time visit Monte da Casteleja vineyard for an interesting wine tasting or pop-in to Garrafeira A Cave, Rue 25 de Abril, to buy a bottle and get some advice on the best port for you.
All in all a successful holiday at a good venue, we shall return to Lagos.
