A beautifully furnished villa, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, guest cloakroom, lounge, kitchen/diner, private pool, barbecue, roof terrace and car port. The villa is gated with a wall surround, making this a perfect place for families with small and young children during the summer months. Our home is set on a private estate within a cul-de-sac which makes for a peaceful stay. It has central heating making it ideal for all golf fans who like the more idyllic early golfing months of the year. (There is an additional cost for central heating). The town centre of Lagos is a 15 minutes walk away and Meia Praia beach and marina with numerous bars and restaurants is a 10 minute walk.

Meia Praia beach, one of the most beautiful and longest in the Algarve is within walking distance, so too is Lagos marina and town centre. Here at the marina watch the millionaires in their boats, as you sit in one of the numerous cafes and restaurants, or simply watch the world go by. The quaint village of Praia de Luz and beach is also a mere 5-10 minute drive. For the goflers, Palmares Golf course 5 minutes drive away. Boavista and Parque de Floresta Golf courses, 10 minutes drive. Penina Golf course, 20 minutes drive.

Local activities diving, surfing, swimming, tennis, sailing, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, paragliding

    £250 breakage deposit also payable with the final payment. This is fully refundable two weeks after the holiday dates if no damage has been caused.
