Photos and Description of this 15th Vaugirard holiday condo Decorated and warmful sunny and calm 3 people appartment in central Paris.

Nicely decorated and sunny 2 rooms appartment on top level of a 5th storey quiet building with lift, no adjacent neighbours, situated in a very calm street in Paris centre ( narrow road with no parking allowed ), with 2 balconies and extended view on Paris roofs.Next street ( Rue St Charles = village ) is a great shopping area with plenty of restaurants, Bakeries etc...and fresh markets twice a week. Easy access by car through Porte de Versailles on the Ring, and by train and subways or buses, to and from airports and railway stations The train to Versailles has a stop at Pont Mirabeau ( see the green bridge on pics), worth 600meters walk from flat. The Eiffel Tower at a very short walking distance (about a mile). Many leisure and cultural centres/ National Museums nearby such as Grand-Palais, Trocadero, Musée of Orsay or Branly , The Champs-Elysees , Concorde, the Eiffel Tower and Champ de Mars, river cruises etc...

Great charming flat with the view of Eiffel Tower

Last year we have spent a week in Paris. Loved the apartment,very charming, clean.Great location,we could walk
everywhere.
Alain was very nice and helpful, came to pick us up from the train station. We would like to go back to the same place in a near future.

Owner's Response: Yes, I do remember his more than honest and warmful family. In fairness I do not remember having ever received such reiterated compliments and thanks after 1 year!

What I did for Peter; Elizabeth and Nicolas , I did it also for other visitors from foreign countries , but I do not remember having received any thanks for this gesture.or seen any return on the investment!

Therefore you may imagine how pleased I am now at the situation.

Again many thanks to the Family from Canada, and , of course be reassured, I am ready to open my door to them again.
