Beautiful 1st floor air-conditioned two bedroomed apartment (1 double and 1 twin) is luxuriously furnished for up to 4 adults with ample wardrobe and drawer storage. We welcome children and a cot can be made available upon request. The kitchen is well equipped for easy catering. There is a large roof terrace that gets the sun all day with sea views and is supplied with sunbeds, dining table, chairs and sun shade. The shaded terrace at the front of the property offers views of the communal garden area and the two large pools for guests use. The apartment comes with TV and DVD player, together with a radio cassette player and a supply of DVDs and CDs for your entertainment. The air-conditioning can be used for cooling as well as heating. We would recommend a car so that you can take full advantage of the many local acclaimed Blue Flag beaches and other great family attractions, although these can be reached by local transport.

Notes to the rental rates

• For advanced bookings a £100 or 50% deposit (whichever is the greater) is payable to secure your booking. Payment in full is required 6 weeks prior to occupancy. For bookings made 6 weeks or less prior to occupancy payment in full is necessary at time of booking.
  On arrival at the property you will be met by the host who will show you around and explain everything to you. If you arrive or depart between 20:00 hrs. and 08:00 hrs. there is a Meet and Greet Fee of 15 Euros payable,
  There is also a cleaning fee of 45 Euros payable to the host at the end of your stay (this covers for up to 4 occupants, a further 5 Euros is required for each additional occupant).
  You will be be asked to pay a security deposit of 100 Euros to the host when you are handed the keys. The security deposit is fully refundable minus the 45 Euros cleaning fee. The deposit refund is subject to the host's satisfaction that everything is as you found it.
  
• Additional services available (to be requested at time of booking).
  A Welcome Pack can be provided at a cost of 15 Euros (Tea, Coffee, Milk, Butter, Bread, Sugar and Water).
  Airport Transfers can be arranged @ 45 Euros (each way) for Alicante and 40 Euros (each way) for Murcia. This is for up to 4 people - a mini-bus can be arranged for larger parties at an additional cost.
  
• Changeover:
  On arrival days - the apartment will be ready after 16:00 hrs
  On departure days - the apartment should be vacated by 10:00 hrs
  If there are no immediate changeover bookings after your stay, (By Prior Arrangement With The Host), you may stay in the apartment until you are due to leave for the airport.
  All rubbish must be placed in the Green Wheelie Bins situated on numerous street corners (failure to do so may incur charges)!
