Beautiful 1st floor air-conditioned two bedroomed apartment (1 double and 1 twin) is luxuriously furnished for up to 4 adults with ample wardrobe and drawer storage. We welcome children and a cot can be made available upon request. The kitchen is well equipped for easy catering. There is a large roof terrace that gets the sun all day with sea views and is supplied with sunbeds, dining table, chairs and sun shade. The shaded terrace at the front of the property offers views of the communal garden area and the two large pools for guests use. The apartment comes with English TV and DVD player, together with a radio cassette player and a supply of DVDs and CDs for your entertainment. The air-conditioning can be used for cooling as well as heating. We would recommend a car so that you can take full advantage of the many local acclaimed Blue Flag beaches and other great family attractions, although these can be reached by local transport.

The apartment is situated at La Cinuelica just a short walk from the N332 which runs from Alicante in the north and Cartagena in the south. You will find supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants within walking distance from the apartment. The Torrevieja coast has numerous golden sandy beaches and most of them carry the EEC Blue Flag. Some of the best are within a 10-20 minute drive of La Cinuelica and to name a few these are Cabo Roig, Campoamor, La Zenia and Flamenca. Local markets are held in the area every day, Other local attractions are the Aquopolis and Aqualandia Water Parks, Mundomar and Rio Safari Elche. The seaside town of Torrevieja is approximately 15 minutes drive away and offers numerous bars, cafes, restaurants and shops, or for a real shopping experience try Alicante or Murcia. For Golfers you are just a short drive from Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas or alternatively you could test your game at the world famous La Manga Golf Club just 45 minutes drive away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • For advanced bookings a £100 or 50% deposit (whichever is the greater) is payable to secure your booking. Payment in full is required 6 weeks prior to occupancy. For bookings made 6 weeks or less prior to occupancy payment in full is necessary at time of booking.

    On arrival at the property you will be met by the host who will show you around and explain everything to you. If you arrive or depart between 20:00 hrs. and 08:00 hrs. there is a Meet and Greet Fee of 15 Euros payable,
    There is also a cleaning fee of 45 Euros payable to the host at the end of your stay (this covers for up to 4 occupants, a further 5 Euros is required for each additional occupant).

    You will be be asked to pay a security deposit of 100 Euros to the host when you are handed the keys. The security deposit is fully refundable minus the 45 Euros cleaning fee. The deposit refund is subject to the host's satisfaction that everything is as you found i

    A Welcome Pack can be provided at a cost of 15 Euros (Tea, Coffee, Milk, Butter, Bread, Sugar and Water).
    Airport Transfers can be arranged @ 45 Euros (each way) for Alicante and 40 Euros (each way) for Murcia. This is for up to 4 people - a mini-bus can be arranged for larger parties at an additional cost.
  • Changeover:
    On arrival days - the apartment will be ready after 16:00 hrs

    On departure days - the apartment should be vacated by 10:00 hrs

    If there are no immediate changeover bookings after your stay, (By Prior Arrangement With The Host), it may be possible to stay in the apartment until you are due to leave for the airport.

    All rubbish must be placed in the Green Wheelie Bins situated on numerous street corners (failure to do so may incur charges)!

Notes: The apartment is accessed via steps up to the first floor and there are additional steps leading to the roof terrace and this may cause problems for anyone who has difficulty in climbing stairs. The apartment will be cleaned at the end of your stay. A fee of 45 Euros is payable locally to the host. Additional items in the apartment include Hairdryer, Iron and Ironing board. The electricity is supplied through a meter card system. We have a card based electricity meter. This works on inserting cards (available from the host) into the meter worth 10 Euros. The meter has 10 Euros on arrival (this will last a full week on normal usage for 4 persons) and you may purchase additional cards from the host should you require them. Note: Additional cards should only be required if you use the Air-Conditioning, or there are a high number of guests using hot water or other electrical appliances.

the accomadation was excellent, everything you needed and more. nice and clean and close to supermarket and some resturants. there are a few starirs to property but only a problem if have trouble walking. would definatly recomend this accomadation.

We had a lovely stay here. The description of this property by the owners was excellent. It was a very clean and comfortable apartment on an urbanisation in Punta Prima on the outskirts of Torreveija, It is within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants, and makes an ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas. We visited Elche, Cartegena, Murcia, and the Mar Menor. I would recommend this property to other families although not to people with walking difficulties as there are a number of steps up to the apartment and also up to the roof terrace.

I can confirm that the owners have provided an accurate description of this property.

It is compact and clean and ideal as a family base for visiting the surrounding area or simply relaxing in the sun.

The apartment is within walking distance of supermarkets and shops.

However, I would not recommend to those with walking difficulties due to the number of steps to reach the apartment and the roof terrace above.
