Locations do not get much better than this. Situated in the heart of the historic centre, surrounded by the Plaza de Toros, the Guadalquivir River and La Maestranza Opera House. Seville's most famous tapas bars and restaurants are on your door step. The building has a roof terrace with phenomenal views across the skyline including one of the Giralda which is just 2 minutes away. The famous Semana Santa parades come directly under the apartment windows and it is a short walk from the Feria district. The apartment has recently been refurbished and has fine high ceilings, wooden floors and French windows to the street. All rooms have air-con, very important in Seville!

    Feria and Semana Santa rates are 240 EURs per night.
    Minimum let is for 3 nights (except for 7 nights during Feria and Semana Santa). Please contact us for longer let prices.
  • A 30% payment is required to confirm your reservation at the time of booking. The full balance is to be paid by bank transfer 5 weeks before the rental start date. A deposit of EUR 150 (payable by cheque or on arrival) may be required for any breakages etc.

Fantastic location BUT Noisy !!!!

I rented the apartment for 10 days in June , it has a location value of second to none.
The apartment is in excellent condition and is well equipped with everything that you need to be comfortable from every cooking utensils to the most modern cooking appliances. The shower room & the air conditioning were really good ! Arrangements for gaining access to the apartment were excellent - the owner responded to my emails nearly immediately, which made me very confident in the renting experience.
Negative experience!!!
We did read the previous reviews and it had been written regarding the noise problems and they are absolutley right!!!!!
Calle Antonio Diaz is an extremely noisy street, through the whole night !!! Ear plugs are a must !!! It is an artery road which is a one way street running through the old part of the city and is regulary used by taxis and little/big motor bikes the whole night!!!!
What i would suggest to the owners is to put moden sound proofing windows/doors which overlook the street on the bedrooms only which would make this an absolutley top draw rental apartment!!!
I suppose that is the price you pay for such a location !!!
I do hope the owners take note of my recommendation!!!
If it was not for the noise this apartment would have received a 5

Fantastic location

Our family of 4 including 2 young children had a great time in Seville in this apartment was great for us it was walking distance to all the sights and was big light and airy with all the mod cons in a beautiful old building. It was also very close to a reasonably priced parking station.
There was some street noise in the front rooms but we were so tired from sightseeing and the beds were so comfortable that it didn't bother us.
I would recommed this apartment to anyone going to Seville.

A Great Place in Sevilla

This is absolutely a great apartment: comfortable, well maintained, reasonably priced and in a perfect location for seeing and enjoying Sevilla. It is a short walk to the Cathedral, and there are plenty of good local tapas bars (though do venture further away to Eslava, Yebra, or Joachin Marquez). The owner is very friendly and helpful in getting everything arranged. The only negative is that the street (Antonia Diaz) can be a bit noisy, so if this bothers you, bring along some earplugs. It does require walking up one flight of stairs, so not for the disabled.

I rented this apartment in Seville with two friends (in the 30 - 50 age group ) for a week in early September 2008 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is in excellent condition and is well equipped with everything that you need to be comfortable . The shower room & the air conditioning were really good ! The building is really beautiful and feels secure . The apartment is on the first floor & there is no lift . Arrangements for gaining access to the apartment were good & worked very well - the owner was very helpful .

It is within easy walking distance of the Seville attractions , the river , the local bus station & a taxi rank .There are plenty of bars & restaurants locally & there is a covered food market close by ( which we found by accident ) . We couldn't seem to find a local supermarket & it would have been useful to have a map with local facilities such as this marked on it when we arrived.

We really enjoyed staying here and intend to book again in the future . However if you are a light sleeper & you want to sleep before 2 am we recommend you take ear plugs ! The local restaurants & associated traffic are active until the early hours & while not rowdy , conversations in the street are clearly audible.
