Self catering property, for 6 people. The property is part of a 17th Century courtyard of buildings in the 40 acre estate of Chateau La Trousse. The grounds include a swimming pool & tennis court (open April - September), swing, kitchen garden, orchard, formal and wild gardens, woodland, a moat (now dry) and ornamental ponds. The estate is privately owned by 34 families and offers a peaceful and relaxing environment yet it is very close to Paris (40 mins), Euro Disney(20 mins) & the Champagne towns of Reims and Epernay(both 40 mins). The location also offers a fabulous week or short break option to families wanting to visit Disney without being submerged in it and to adults wanting to explore Paris and the Champagne region. Most guests comment on the 'Wow' factor when you arrive at the end of the tree lined driveway and wait for the huge iron gates to let you in

Rental rates shown above must be paid in advance of booking period and include property hire, utilities, local tax per person in the hire group, Bed linen and bath towels are available for hire at 12 Euros per person. On arrival hirers will be required to pay a 200 euro cash breakages & services deposit. On departure this deposit will be reduced by 50.00 euros for cleaning services (a compulsory cost), the total due for linen and towel hire (if required) and any further reductions necessary for breakages as per the hire Terms and Conditions.
