This luxury three bedroom apartment is situated overlooking a pine grove in the upmarket resort of Elviria. It is beautifully decorated and furnished with quality furniture and has two full bathrooms. It has a sunny terrace with patio furniture for dining 'al fresco' and 2 sun loungers for sunbathing. It is only a short walk to the beach along a tree lined boulevard. Well designed development with fantastic pools (including Children's) and pretty gardens. All amenities are nearby, with bars, restaurants and shops two mins walk and it has easy access to all the attractions of the coast. There are many Golf courses within 20 mins drive each direction.

Perfect as a summer holiday or winter destination for golfers, walkers and those wishing to pursue out -door activities. Families are particularly well catered for, children are not just tolerated but welcomed by the friendly Spanish people. Andalucía is the most `Spanish' of all regions and you do not have to venture far from your holiday home to encounter local ferias, fiestas and romerias.Marbella with it's lovely centre, Plaza de los Naranjos where you can sit in the shade of the orange trees and watch the world go by or stroll in the winding streets with lovely little shops and boutiques, is 15 minutes drive.Or visit the internationally famous marina, Puerto Banus with it's millionaire yachts and designer shops.Mijas Pueblo is a lovely village about 30 mins drive, worth a visit for its spectacular views, folk museum and excellent restaurants.There are many children's activities locally, Fuengirola Zoo, Sea Life Centre, selwo pk Aqua park Mijas and Tivoli World theme park.

  • Please Note - Due to previous problems with bank transfers -payment is to be made by credit card, subject to a 1.5% CC Charge. This is a charge from the bank and not from us. Reservations cannot be confirmed until a deposit is received.
    Refundable breakages deposit of 250€ required prior to arrival, to be refunded to your credit card within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee due on booking and remainder due eight weeks before your stay. None refundable on cancellation except on medical grounds.

  • The rental charge quoted includes supply and laundering of one set of linen and towels. Extra linen is provided but if used must be laundered, pressed and returned to the linen store.Should clients leave more than one set of dirty linen a charge of 75 Euros will be levied against the security deposit.
    Towels must not be taken to the beach or the swimming pool. Beach towels can be provide at local payment 5 euros.

What can we say ? A great apartment in a fantastic area, superb beach within walking distance,lovely pool area, first class restaurants, easy access to Puerto Banus & Orange Square. Plenty of shopping for my wife and daughters & relaxing games of golf for me & my son - heaven!!

Golfing Holiday

We stayed at this apartment with two other couples. It is in a good location for a golfing break, with some fantastic courses all in easy reach.
Elveria is perfect for accessing Puerto Banus and Marbella Town, although there are many excellent restaurants within walking distance.
The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The pool area was not busy and when not playing golf, we were able to relax.
All in all I would thoroughly recommend this apartment not only for golfers but for anyone wanting to enjoy a break in the sun in one of my favourite parts of spain.

An excellent apartment in a fantastic location

I would recommend this well appointed and spacious apartment to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday in this popular area of Marbella. The beach is an easy walk, as are many excellent restaurants. The pool area is perfect for both family fun and relaxation, as even in peak season, it was not too busy, with plenty of space. I was able to fit in a couple of rounds of golf at the local golf courseand enjoy the local tourist attractions, such as Puerto Banus harbour and Orange Square, so all in all it was a perfect base for my holiday.

A FANTASTIC APARTMENT IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION !!

My family stayed in this spacious and well equipped apartment for 8 nights in August 2009. I was impressed by the size and cleanliness of the apartment. It is also located in a secure block.
The apartment is in a fantastic position, with easy access to the beach and plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance, so a car is not essential but useful for visiting all of the area's tourist attractions.
The pool area is perfect for lazy days and there is plenty of space.
We had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to our friends and family.

Not exactly what we expected

Luxury apartment?? Yes it is a clean apartment in a very nice block. Good security. Pool and surroundings nicely kept. Underground garage very useful and cool. However, quality furniture?? All the drawers were stuck and couldn't be used as it made the unit scrap on the floor. The water tank is very small, so the six of us could not all shower before going out in the evening without someone getting only cold water! Sleeps 6, but there are only 4 chairs on the balcony set. One of the plastic loungers was broken too. The air conditioner was out of gas and blowing warm air! Also there was no cold water in the kitchen sink. Both were quickly fixed, but should have been done before our arrival. Neighbours very noisey with very thin walls and solid floors which echo when furniture is moved across it. Some nights meant little sleep. Wont go back to this one.
