Our beautiful old white stone farmhouse is cool and spacious, keeping the rustic atmosphere with all modern amenities. Perfect for families with or without children - large salt saltwater pool, fully enclosed garden. 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 with ensuites and 1large shower room shared, large mezanine with bed and sitting area upstairs. Downstairs 1 bedroom + ensuite ,large dining, sitting and kitchen giving plenty of room for table tennis, games, reading and playing with the children. Outside the garden has terrasse, BBQ, and 10x6mt swimming pool. The whole property is large and spacious and can be completely enclosed, and the pool is fenced, so all is safe for wandering toddlers. There's loads of activities for children - kyaking, horse riding and tree climbing, tennis, biking. Plenty of history, restaurants, wine for adults; miles of walking and wildlife, and the river Lot for water activities of all sorts. We love living here in SW France and look forward to sharing it with you.

I brought my three children and we had a great week in Vieux Mirou. We were made very welcome and felt free to enjoy the pool and garden without fuss or bother. The views are wonderful and there is no shortage of things to do and see in the countryside around. The village at the bottom of the hill has everything you need for self catering and nearby markets are worth a visit. Anna and John could not be more helpful. We'll be back!
