Luxury 3rd floor private apartment with communal pool, garden area and parking. 5 minutes stroll to the beach., restaurants, banks and supermarkets. Two twin beds and two high quality sofa beds. Apartment is wheelchair accessible and there are 2 lifts. Sleeps 2/4. Located on small quiet development. There are 4 golf courses within 15 min drive. 15 mins drive to resorts of Carvoeiro and Albufeira.

Faro Airport is 30 minute drive. Carvoeiro and Albufeira, both lively resorts are 15 minutes drive. Villamoura a lively resort with a large marina and exclusive golf courses is 20 minutes away. Four other golf courses can be easily reached within 15 minutes. Zoomarine is 5 minute drive, Aqualand is 10 minute drive and Algarve Shopping Centre is a 10 minute drive away. It is a large shopping centre with cinema (in English) and bowling.

    A 30% deposit is required on booking, and the full balance paid 8 weeks before arrival. For bookings within 4 weeks, payment is due in full. A security deposit of 200 euros is required with the final payment which will be returned after inspection, provided no damage has occurred

Armacao de Pera is a beautiful resort to visit all year round. During the quieter off peak months the days are mostly sunny and the weather is warm. It is peaceful and we swam in the sea in January! The restaurants cater for all tastes and Portugese food is exceptionally good. There are lots of things to do, if you have children there are theme parks within a 10 minute drive. Zoomarine has dolphins and other sea life plus rides and water slides. Aqua Land is a large water park which is great fun for all the family. Crazy Zoo is a wonderful place to visit with all sorts of animals, crazy golf and bouncy castles. For shopping the Algarve Shopping Centre is a 10 minute drive and there is a bowling alley and cinema here showing English movies.

Golf: There are 4 golf courses situated within a 15 minute drive. These include Vale da Pinta, Quinta do Gramacho, Vale do Milho and Salgados. Information on other golf courses and their location is supplied in the information pack available on arrival.

Great holiday

Myself & my boyfriend were looking for a relaxing break and that's exactly what we got. The apartment was well located & really well equipped which meant that we could choose to eat in or go out. We had a hire car (plenty of parking outside the apartment) and explored some of the coast while we were there, but we were also within walking distance of the gorgeous beach at Armacao de Pera. We'll definitely go back.

Fantastic Stay May 2009

Apartment was perfect, modern very well equipt from Kitchen to TV & extras. Pool lovely for the evening of our arrival but the beach is Magnificent. Easy stroll to great selection of Restaurants, the Thai in the Old town really good and very reasonable and the cocktails in the Havana Club worth a visit. We hope to be back soon with the kids.

Your apartment is lovely and so well equiped! I was pleased to find it was so close to the beach and restaurants. We had a lovely holiday and hope to stay there again in 2009. Great resort for families, couples or singles looking for nice weather, good food and a great location.
