Very spacious villa with large pool area, pool bar and garden is a dream family holiday home. The open plan living / dining room features a fire place, comfortable couches and armchairs, satellite TV, DVD player, radio, games. Doors open off to the pool area and sun terrace with barbecue and outside furniture. All bedrooms are on the ground floor. Two double bedrooms; both with en-suite full bathrooms. A family double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the doors open into another spacious bedroom with three single beds suitable for a family with the children. Fully fitted kitchen. Outside area designed to enjoy your holidays: large private pool (11x5 meters, depth 0,80x2,20) with proper steps, poolside shower, bathroom, Pool Bar, plenty of sun beds, umbrellas, dining furniture. Mature garden with children playground. Private parking. There are two baby cots in the villa. Perfect holidays for a big party: 6 adults plus up to 4 children. Maid service three times a week

The villa is situated in peaceful residential area only 300 meters from Centianes beach and restaurant O’Stop with stunning views of the sea. There are coffee shops, mini market, restaurants just a few min walk from the villa. Pizza restaurant is just around the corner. Center of Carvoeiro with its bars, restaurants, shops and two beaches is short drive or 20 min walk from the villa. Another beautiful beach Praia do Carvalho is about 15 min walk. Benagil beaches are less than 5 min drive or 20 min pleasant walk. Staying in this villa you can enjoy long walks along the coast. Rocha Brava Resort with its tennis club, bars, restaurants and communal pools is 5 min walk from the villa. Vale do Milho golf is walking distance or 3 min drive, Pinta & Gramacho golf courses are 7 min drive. Large water park Slide & Splash is in Lagoa, just 7 min drive. Zoomarine is 15 min drive. A local tourist train stops near the villa and goes to Carvoeiro center. Regular taxi service.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Maid service twice a week is included. Towels are provided and will be changed twice a week. Linen changed once a week. Please bring your beach towels with you. There are free standing electric fans in the villa.
  • As a small family business we look after a few villas in Carvoeiro area. We live in Carvoeiro and know the area extremely well. Should you arrive after 9pm we leave a food pack (milk, tea bags, butter, bread, water) for you. We meet and greet you and provide you with local maps, tourist’s guides and brochures, organize trips, excursions, help you to book tickets to Water Parks, golf courses, and get taxi. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival.
    We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa. Our mobile phone number is available during your stay for 24 hours for emergency calls.
    Baby cot and high chair are provided.
  • Generally, entry the villa is after 2 pm, (though it should be expected that the maids may still be working if you arrive early afternoon). On departure day you must vacate by 10am (should you arrive earlier or leave later in the day we will do our utmost to help you).
    On arrival a refundable security deposit 200.00euro for villa may be requested in some properties. This deposit is held against any damage or breakages incurred during the rental period and will be returned on departure providing no breakages have occurred. A deposit of 20% is necessary to confirm a booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. We accept payment in Sterling or in Euro made via bank transfer or cheque.
    Car hire and airport transfers arranged on request. Please ask for the prices.

We spent two wonderful weeks in Carvoeiro this august. The villa is very very spacious. We were three adults and four children and I think three more adults could easily accomodate there. The swimming pool is great. The summer kitchen with barbeque was superb. It is very well maintained and the assistance from owner's agent was full. The property is just 5 minutes walk from one of the best beaches in Carvoeiro. Nice restaurants just next door. We definetely recommend the Villa for family stay or reunion.
