Highly desirable,brand new luxury 2-bed air-conditioned apartment with modern furnishings and contemporary feel. The communal pools and attractive barbecue area make it a perfect resort for the family holiday. The pools are gated for children’s safety and protection. The apartment has a private balcony overlooking the Vale of Parra. The lounge contains a 2-seater leather settee and 2-seater sofa bed, LCD TV, DVD player and assortment of DVDs. The bedrooms comprise a double and 2 single beds, with built-in wardrobes, one being en suite. There is parking for one car in the underground parking. The apartment is minutes away from three of Guia’s popular beaches, and is a 10 minute car ride from the famous Algarve Shopping Centre and Designer Outlets. Other nearby attractions include Zoomarine where you can interact with the dolphins, and The Big One waterpark just a short drive from the apartment. A Meet-and-Greet service is also available if required to take you direct to your apartment

The big attraction is the proximity of three attractive, fun beaches only minutes away by car. They are excellent for children and safe. Restaurants, internet café and bars are situated on neighbouring streets, and the nearest major supermarket is just outside Albufeira. A ten minute drive takes you to the Algarve Shopping Centre where there's a branch of Zara, a cinema, many restaurants and interesting shops. The neighbouring Designer Outlets feature to name one, Nike and outlets selling Portugal's famous high quality shoes and sandals. For the children, there's ZooMarine where you can interact with dolphins about 10 mins away by car, and the Big One waterpark close by and can be reached by car or bus. There are other attractions off the main Albufeira -airport road such as markets which take place once a week in each of the local villages. Albufieira is just down the road and has a superb night-life for the youngsters and teenagers, and also hosts its own beaches and restaurants
