Right on top of the Montmartre hill, this superb small luxury flat has breathtaking views on Paris.and enjoys a unique Sunny position right on top of a Montmartre hill, the north facing side of the apartment is on the third floor opening on the small garden of Place Jean Baptiste Clement and just 300 meters from Place du Tertre, the painters famous 'place du tertre'. Meanwhile the south side of the apartment is on the 9th floor gazing across Paris. The house itself is a family private house with antiques and engravings in the staircase, and our families living in the 3 other flats. This flat is sunny and bright, and come with modern and antique furniture. And has been newly decorated throughout and has fresh modern furnishing. From its position this flat is perfectly situated for exploring right or left bank, Metro will reach in 20 minutes both directions, and the Montmartre area will seduce for its village life, 40 restaurants around, theatres, and dozen of terraces for meals.

50 YEARS BEFORE the birth of Jesus Christ, the Romans built a temple to Mercury, but worshipped Mars there. This is the probable origin of the name Montmartre, mons Martis. In the 11Th Century, Montmartre became the mount of the martyrs, mons Martyrum in honour of St Denis who was beheaded and interred on the mound by the Romans. From the 19th Century, Montmartre threw itself into a round of celebrations and balls to soothe the memory of revolution, wars and the Commune. For many years now, a peaceful village atmosphere has taken over, to the great joy of the tourists. ONE OF THESE VILLAGE PEOPLE, returning from Hollywood, had the idea of weaving a tale,poetic and tinged with humour, between the rue des Trois Frères and the Abbesses, between a photo booth and a grocery store. Comfort and : Interior : On the south side, a large double living room with a sofa and 2 large windows opening to Paris. a dining area and an American kitchen . The view is splendid. A bobolink on the wall, The fully equipped kitchen.has all appliances : a 4 ceramic rings , an oven and even a small dishwasher. A coffee machine, fridge, and pans, ... TV with 12 chains, Radio and internet wifi are in this room.

The 2 bedrooms with Californian king size beds: Located on the north side of the house , they both opened to the garden of Place Jean Batiste Clément. The master bedroom with 2 windows, a secretary table, a large cupboard, and chairs, this bedroom has two single beds which can be converted to a king size 180 x 200 cm bed, The second bedroom with two single beds which can be converted to a double 180 cm bed. A large window is on the square too. Comfort and quality demands have been behind our choice of furniture and materials.

Bathroom and a toilet: A teak wood bathroom, with a bath with shower, a window , and hair dryer.
