Additional information about rental rates

  • The monthly rental is calculated as 450€. It does not include the extra (60€ for up-two two persons) payable for the cleaning and laundry. This additional charge is one off payment and will be required paid on the day of entry. For rental of up to two weeks, the total amount will be required on day of entry. For longer rentals a deposit of 150€ is required to secure the tenancy or pay for accidental damages caused by the Tenant. If no repairs, the deposit will either be incorporated in the rental or refunded. For longer term rental, the ongoing rent is payable monthly in advance. Please contact the owner by phone or email to negotiate special arrangements for payments.
