Brand new luxury south-facing 3 bed ground floor appartment beautifully furnished with air-conditioning. It is ideally located on the secure complex of the prestigious Corcovada development set in a quiet yet convenient area to the east of Albufeira. It enjoys the benefits of communal swimming pools and landscaped gardens. Two of the bedrooms lead out onto a large terrace area at the front of the apt. while the lounge/dining area and the kitchen doors open out into a private large patio overlooking the pools. ( you can sit out on the patio area enjoying the comforts while supervising your children at the same time and taking in the fabulous landscaped gardens as well). Parking is available but a car is not necessary. The fully equipped kitchen provides all you could require in home catering. however, there are many restaurants and bars close by, within easy walking distance of the beach, the 'Strip' and the Old Town. The complex has its own shops, snack bar and restaurant

For many visitors the golden sandy beaches and the vibrant nightlife offered here provide the perfect holiday ingredients.The nearest golf course is Balaia Golf which is situated in the Santa Eulalia area of Albufeira. Zoo Marine is based in Guia a short car/bus ride. Zoo Marine features dolphins and tropical birds shows, an aquarium, fairground rides and swimming pools surrounded by beautiful lalkes and gardens. Old town Albufeira is about 1 km away. There is a mixture of the historic and traditional flavour of the Alfgarve with cobbled streets and picturesque leafy town squares. Slide and splash waterpark is just a short distance away.

    A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required on booking and the balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.
    Payment by bank transfer or cheque. £200 damage deposit required (refundable within 2 weeks of departure). The apartment will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Great access availability to pool for children or adults as no lifts are needed. The dining kitchen has all modern appliances. All 3 double bedrooms have fitted robes and dressing tables with air-conditioning/heating and the two bathrooms have bath with shower over. All towels and lined included. but guests must bring their own towels for pool and the beach. Apartment cleaned and towels and linen changed once weekly. There is an iron and an ironing board available. Provided are 5 beach towels to use at pool area.

Accessibility: Lifts access to all floors and garage. The front entry door has video/keypad control for entry to apartment, and has secure access to the pool. From this apartment you can enter the large pool area directly from the back patio area via the living/dining room area or through the back kitchen door.

Outside: The front terrace area is 111.2 sq.m. this is a secure area with iron railing all around and planted with shrubs. This is tiled in terracotta. The back patio area is 6.95 sq.m. tiled in terracotta, and only a few steps away from large shared swimming pool and children's pool. Beautifully landscaped grounds with on site cafe, children's play area and crazy golf. An underground garage provides parking for 2 cars. Sun chairs are widely available around pool area but this apartment has 2 private sun lounger beds and 4 sunchairswith a table and parasol permanently based on the large back terrace area where you can enjoy sun from first thing in the morning and lasts until last thing at night.

Coast/Beach: There are many beautiful golden sandy beaches in the vicinity, the closest being the Praia da Oura only 15 minutes walk away. Praia da Santa Eulalia is another wonderful beach only 5 minutes further on.

Golf: Parque da Corcovada is well located for access to 9 golf courses within 40 minutes drive, the closest being 10 minutes away. There are another 26 courses to try along the Algarve. Elected as the 'established golf destination of the year 2006' it attracts many golfing visitors from all over the world to play on the finest and most challenging courses.

We have just returned from a week at this apartment and would highly recommend it.The accommodation was 1st class with plenty of space for our party of eight. The description given was very accurate and we received excellant customer service from Martina the owner. The apartment gets the sun from morning until night, has a large patio and overlooks the spacious swimming pool. The complex itself is quiet, secure, well maintained and within easy walking distance of the main tourist areas.

We had a fabulous time in this apartment. It was great to be on the ground floor and so close to the pool. Its a fair old step to the old town - don't get ripped off by the "land train" - taxis will get you to the old town a lot quicker and cheaper if there are 4/5 of you!
The apartment was lovely and spacious - I have already reccomended it to my family and friends. The local taxi company were really helpful to for the airport transfers. The only slight downside was that the kitchen could use a few more resources - salad spinner, vegetable peeler, roasting dishes...and I struggled with the grill.
One of the things I really liked was the real mix of holiday makers at the complex - from young families through to groups of young adults (who were quite civilised), and grandparents. The rules of the pool were universally ignored but everyone there behaved responisibly and there was a really good atmosphere.

In relation to the kitchen utensils at the beginning of every season the apartment is fully equipped but unfortunately coming to the end of rental season things do go missing or borken, but all these will be replaced very soon and I do thank you for bringing these to my attention. Me and my family, a party of 7 stayed at this apartment
in early july 09. The apartment is beautiful and has
everything needed for a nice stay,the pool and complex are stunning. It is only a short walk to the town which has some very good reasonably priced restaurants and loads of shops and the locals are very friendly. Would thoroughly recomend a stay at this apartment .

Just come back from Matina's apartment.Eveything was excellent with the apartment could't have wished for more,Location was perfect and very close to the main strip for night life and shops also got  a taxi into the old town worth visiting would recommend it to everyone.Also Matina was very helpful with arranging the airport transport.Just want to thank Matina for everything we have a great holiday and hope to be returning next year.
