Children are particularly catered for with nearby karting, Animal Park, Zoomarine, Slide & Splash and Aqualand, and golfers have a large choice of world-class courses to play on. A selection of amenities on the doorstep, including banks, shops, local markets and restaurants.

I use that title as it was the highlight of our holiday! Such an amazin friendly an small place but so happening with fantastic music and great atmosphere an the most friendly bar staff! But this can be said for most of the other bars in old town too, such a friendly family feel with gorgeous food an great cocktails! So yeah definately recommend a trip to old town! The apartment was so luxurious couldnt have asked for anything more, from the balconys with stunning views down to the small details such as ipod docks and stylish furniture! whatever u want out of a holiday this place has got somethin for everyone, the beach isnt too far, rather there is serveral beautiful beaches within reach, a great choice of bars and restaurantes i would say we were spoilt for choice, a lovely tranquil pool with a lovely cafe literally 60 seconds walk away! everyone in my party wanted to come home an book up again!! Thanks Dave and Myrium!

Dear Dave and Myriam, just a short note to say thank you for all your help with our lovely holiday recently it was our first time in Portugal but we will definately be back! The apartment was fabulous everything was just right for us. The location was very good, not right in the centre so we weren't bothered by any disturbance and about a 5 min walk from the start of the busy area of the resort which is well worth a look. Particularly would recommend Old Town which is only a short bus ride away, had such a charming feel with lovely friendly people and restaurants to cater for all appetites! We wouldn't think twice about coming to stay at your apartment again, the ideal choice for families, couples, young and old! Very spacious and beautifully furnished fully equiped with everything you could need. We've already told lots of family and friends, and some are looking to come out and stay later this year. My friends & I stayed in this apartment twice. We spent a week in early Sept and Oct. The apartment is really home from home, it has everything that you could want and more and the sat tv with all the channels from home was the icing on the cake. Even had everything you could think of in the kitchen.. It's clean, airy, bright, and air on the heat of the day perfect.. After a long hard day tanning on the beach the shower is just the ticket. Not the normal dribble shower like you'd expect from a holiday apartment.And super comfy beds to fall into at the end of a long day.
Although we did not have kids with us, The apartment is perfect for families.
The complex is very safe with security on hand for any problems. And the building itself is very secure.
The pool area is small and during the height of summer it can be hard to get a lounger. But the pool bar food is great and very tasty..
It's location is perfect .. 5 min walk to the strip or a 5 min walk to grab a taxi (cost max €5) to the old town. It's less than a 5 min walk to the local supermarket to stock up.. And there is a Indian just up the road from the supermarket, which doesnt look much but the food is great..And if your having a lazy night in..They deliver!!!
I wouldnt recommend the Bull fight,( the bull ring is across the road) personally my friends and I found it too much.. Not for the light hearted..
Aqua parks are great and make sure to take a taxi (approx €20) to the algarve shopping centre, Zara etc there.. Great shopping.
Old town pubs, Vegas great entertainment with a live band till 12. The "strip" All Joy just off the strip.. Food is fantastic and fabbar.Reno's, Garage great fun. I would suggest the old town for food, much better than the strip.

All in all I know we will be back this summer to stay in this apartment again. It's total bliss.. everything and more than you could possibly want from a holiday apartment...
