The resort of Riquelme has a unique location - only 15 minutes from the Mar Menor, yet less than 30 minutes from the centre of Murcia City. San Javier, Murcia Airport with its array of Low Cost Flights from all over the UK and Europe is only 20 minutes away - a real plus when wanting the minimum of effort to travel to your destination, with Alicante just 45minutes away also. New motorways recently constructed ensure the region is well linked to all the major areas, towns & cities. One way to travel to the Resort from the airport would be to pass through the ever growing town of Sucina which has the newly built Sucina &Golf & Country Club alongside are several modern & traditional restaurants and bars situated in and around the town, which is only 10 minutes from Peraleja. Fast becoming a golfers paradise, there are many other opportunities to join in the fun learn to sail, explore sunken treasure, great fishing can be had, in an area known to have the best all round climate in Spain

    * All rates shown are inclusive of the Accommodation, Electricity, Utility Usage , Linen/Hand & Bath Towels - however it does not include the cost of transport to and from the airport or Pre Cleaning cost.
    * 60 euro should be left on site for the cleaning.
    * Welcome Packs are available should you wish at a cost of £20
    * Transport to and from airports can be arranged and the present rate is 40 euro each way, Murcia Airport & 90 euro each way, Alicante Airport.
    * LONG TERM LETS - Are Welcomed, Mid November '09 through to Mid March '10, excluding Christmas and New Year, The rate for this coming Winter is:
    1 month - £150 per week (£600 month)
    2 Month - £140 per week (£560 month)
    3 Month - £130 per week (£520)

Notes: This modern penthouse was completed in March 2008 and tastefully furnished in April '08 It comprises of 2 Bedrooms with linked beds giving the versatility of 4 Singles or 2 Doubles. A modern Bathroom with fitted mirrors and storage space. A fully fitted Kitchen including, Ceramic Hob, Electric Oven, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine and Microwave Oven are in place, together with a separate Utility Room. The Lounge has patio doors allowing the room to be flooded with light, this in turn highlights the impressive way the apartment has been furnished. The lounge is also air conditioned which is a wonderful relief at times following all day in the sun - and the patio is the place to relax with drinks and look out over the view of the pool, gold course with the mountains as a wonderful backdrop.
