This villa has sea views yet is situated in the hills near the beautiful white village of Mijas Pueblo. If you enjoy watching the sun go down in the evening with a glass of wine admiring the spectacular views of sea and rolling hillside then this will be your ideal holiday location. The villa is situated on the west side of Mijas, in Valtocado, The sea and beautiful beach at Fuengirola is just a short 10 minute drive away as is the water park. This attractive, spacious villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 ensuite, a family bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen with several terraces (250 meters of terracing) both covered and open as well as a 10.5m x 5m heated pool. Equipped with Sky TV, X Box for children, 2 stereos, table tennis table, WIF and several sun loungers, the villa is suitable for all ages.   • The ensuite bathroom from the master bedroom has a stand in shower, bidet, bath/shower head as well as toilet. From the loo you can see wonderful view of the hills behind Mijas. There is also a shaving point and plenty of cupboard space for your toiletries. The main bathroom shared by the twin rooms has a powerful shower with toilet and a shaving point. It is beautifully tiled with a view out to the hills and to the coast. The small hallway bathroom once again looks over the hills behind Mijas and has a sink and toilet.

  • The master bedroom is en-suite with separate shower and bath. It also boasts a beautiful built in wardrobe along one side of the wall. These wardrobes still have the original silk woven fronts to the cupboards. The bed is a super kind sized bed with cotton sheets, two traditional bed side cupboards and black-out blinds. The second rear bedroom (twin) has a built in wardrobe as well as it's own stereo system. It has black-out blinds and can be easily changed into a double bed should this be preferred. It also has two traditional style Spanish bed side tables. The third bedroom (twin) has a TV (with Sky TV) and X Box for children should they wish to use this. It has an old antique washing table between the two beds that is used a a bed side table enhancing the Spanish character of this room. A beautiful light room however with long black-out blinds.

Notes: The Villa has been furnished to a high quality keeping the traditional elements of Spain with the modern feel needed in a rented property. The lounge has 2 large comfy slightly reclining leather sofas looking out to the beautiful view of the sea and rolling hills. There is Sky TV, WIFI, DVD player, stereo system with radio/CD player as well as numerous family and children's games. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect e.g. hob, microwave etc. From the dining room you can enter onto the lower terrace where the barbecue is set up for you to enjoy. From the lounge you can enter the main terraced area which also has a built in stone table for you to take breakfast and alfresco meals while still undercover from the heat of the day. For children (or the 'young at heart' adult) we have an X Box with a few select games should it get too hot outside. There is also a 2nd TV in the front twin room and another stereo in the 3rd bedroom at the rear of the Villa.

At the Villa there is a table tennis table for you to use on the lower 150 meter terrace for all the family to play. Also in the property there is free WIFI access broadband should you require. This is available 24hr a day and has unlimited usage. There are also various close golf courses such as Alhaurin Golf Course (approx 5 min away) and Lauro 27 Golf course just 7-8 min away. In the valley below (about 8-15 min away) are the courses of Calanova, Lacala Resort, Sanatana Golf, Santa Maria, Greenlif Golf Club, El Soto, Mijas Golf and Cerrado del Aguila Golf.If you are into Skiing you can also ski at Sierra Nevada which is 2 hours drive away should you wish. 160km from Malaga airport. The skiing is excellent and there are 20 lifts and approximately 50 runs
