This villa is unusually large with a beautiful garden, bar and Arabic sauna (well illuminated at night with waterfalls and fountains) set in the green Llobellla region of coastal Moraira 1 hour from Alicante,20 minutes from Benidorm and 6 minutes from Moraira resort. The 3 apartments and house can be let separately or as a unit. All self catering.The villa is well furnished and fully equipped for holiday rentals. The interior and exterior quality is exceptional.In the area there are watersports,tennis,riding,golf supermarkets and great entertainment.There is also a jet ski and motor cycle at the villa which can be rented by the day.The villa although near to many facilities is private but not remote. Children and older persons are welcome and dogs are accepted too. This is a fantastic location for family holidays and is very romantic too especially in the unique Tower in the grounds where it is possible to take wine and stargaze. Many love matches have started here.....truly!

This a 1 bedroom apartment. One bedroom is separate with large double bed and one double sofa-bed is in the lounge. There is a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and w/c. There is a lounge dining room in the style of American bar. It is air conditioned and centrally heated. The apartment is furnished to a high standard with all equipment necessary for a happy holiday experience. The laundry room is external. There is full use of the large gardens and BBQ area and the swimming pool. There is a large Naya (covered area) for relaxation both day and evening. Most guests like to dine outside.

The villa is located in a very quiet area of the La Lobella region on the coast between Calpe and Moraira. There are many small beaches in the area within easy walking and driving distance . Nearby there is Tennis, sailing , golf and shopping. This area is noted for its exclusive quality.The driving distance to Moraira & Calpe is 5 km and takes 5 min to each. The entertainment at both resorts is excellent. In the immediate area there are many restaurants which range in price from Michelin star to cheap and cheerful. The area is a splendid location for family holidays or for long winter stay.There are no additional charges for cleaning or laundry.
