This villa is unusually large with a beautiful garden, bar and Arabic sauna (well illuminated at night with waterfalls and fountains) set in the green Llobellla region of coastal Moraira 1 hour from Alicante,20 minutes from Benidorm and 6 minutes from Moraira resort. The 3 apartments and house can be let separately or as a unit. All self catering.The villa is well furnished and fully equipped for holiday rentals. The interior and exterior quality is exceptional.In the area there are watersports,tennis,riding,golf supermarkets and great entertainment.There is also a jet ski and motor cycle at the villa which can be rented by the day.The villa although near to many facilities is private but not remote. Children and older persons are welcome and dogs are accepted too. This is a fantastic location for family holidays and is very romantic too especially in the unique Tower in the grounds where it is possible to take wine and stargaze. Many love matches have started here.....truly!

This is a house with 2 floors built by the German owner to reflect the typical nature of a Spanish garden house. The house is in the garden and the garden is in the house. A fantastic concept for holiday living in Spain throughout the year. The main house has 2 bedrooms which are furnished with extra large double beds. There are two single folding beds available which can be placed in the salon for additional guests. The house is superbly furnished and has all that one could wish for in elegant living. The kitchen is large . The lounge and dining room are open plan with fantastic sea views. There is a complete bathroom and a separate toilet. There is a complete sound /satellite TV/CD/DVD . There is telephone & internet access . There is a washing machine in the laundry room exclusive for the house. There is a 3 separate BBQ situated in a typical Spanish courtyard and 3 terraces, patio and a solarium. The house has more 3 Apartments around the pool, which are for rentals separatly.

The villa is located in a very quiet area of the La Lobella region on the coast between Calpe and Moraira. There are many small beaches in the area within easy walking and driving distance . Nearby there is Tennis, sailing , golf and shopping. This area is noted for its exclusive quality.The driving distance to Moraira & Calpe is 5 km and takes 5 min to each. The entertainment at both resorts is excellent. In the immediate area there are many restaurants which range in price from Michelin star to cheap and cheerful. The area is a splendid location for family holidays or for long winter stay.There are no additional charges for cleaning or laundry.

  • The main house is only available for renting for the period stated. It is possible to rent the entire property for up to 16 persons only during the High season. The cost of whole property rental is a combination of prices shown for the 3 apartments plus the Casa. The normal accommodation price for house and apartments is 14 but 2 further persons (max 2) can be added at a supplementary charge of 75 euros per person per week.
  • There is no long term renting facility for the house
