The property is fitted with climate controlled, air conditioning and heating. Casa Jessi is situated in Tres Cales known for its sandy beaches, only a 10min walk to Cala Forn. It is 90minutes from Barcelona by train or by car and just 30 minutes from Salou/Port Aventura. The surrounding area has plenty of charming fishing towns such as Cambrills. It is a pleasure to eat in local restaurants run by fishermen in nearby L’Ametlla De Mar. Tres Cales is a readily accessible destination ideally suited to families and groups of friends. With its relaxed surroundings, private atmosphere and generous accommodation, this family owned property provides all the personnel touches to make your stay more.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A damage deposit would be required on arrival of 250 euros and will be returned on checking of the villa.
    We require a 20% deposit on reserving the villa which can be paid by cheque or bank transfer.
    The full balance will be due within 8 weeks of the holiday departure, which can also be paid by the above methods.
  • Changeover Day
    Changeover day is Saturday, but we can be flexible on out of season dates. The villa will be available from 4pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
  • Cleaning/ towels/ linen/ maid service.
    All linen and towels are included. An additional 50 euros will be required if you would like a change over. Beach towels are not included.

Travel: You can pick up very well priced flights with Ryan Air and Easy Jet who fly into Reus ( 30minute drive ) or Barcelona ( 90minute drive ). There are several other scheduled airlines that fly into Barcelona as well as a number to Reus. It is recommended that you hire a car. The drive from the airport is relatively straight forward as both airports are next to the A7 Toll road which takes you straight to the Villa.
