Notes to the rental rates

• While water, gas and electricity are included in the price, the main bedroom is provided with both a free standing fan and an air conditioner. The air conditioner however has its own card meter and its electrical consumption is the only utility not included in the price; the first card is provided for you, however further cards may be purchased directly from us.
  
• Deposit of 30% of total amount is required to secure booking. Balance to be paid upon arrival in Malta in Euros.
  Rental fee is for 5 persons. Extra bed per night Euro 5; baby playpen cot Euro 25 per week.
  A complimentary welcome food pack is provided upon arrival.
  A final cleaning charge of Euro 30 is applicable for every rental period, however guests can request weekly maid service (extra cost - Euro 6 per hour).

Our pets

Our garden, although small, is very mature and extremely well kept, providing a tranquil atmosphere, also helped by the sound of the cascading waters in the background. Our own pets, (cats and dogs), other than the koy fish and turtles already mentioned, also have their own separate dens, and are well kept, pampered and cared for.
