The apartment faces south and the view is of a peaceful large wooded area. All rooms open directly onto the patio. The sun catches this area from early morning until about lunchtime so it is perfect for dining outside. The pool complex is about 50 metres away and is ideal for both adults and children. A tennis court is also available. The apartment is less than two years old, is in excellent decorative quality and comes with all modern conveniences. It is classed as a superior apartment and has a fully operational kitchen. Extras such as dish washer, washing machine, microwave, ironing board and iron are included. The lounge has comfortable seating for up to 4 people and there is a dining area that comfortably sits 6. If you choose to eat outside the large patio also has a table and six chairs. Both bedrooms have twin beds and separate built in wardrobes. There are two bathrooms, one with bath and shower; the other with a walk in shower. A safe is available for valuables

The Maria Luisa beach is about a 10 minute walk. It is a secluded sandy beach, ideal for the children and has an excellent restaurant. Great for lunch, dinner or just a drink on the terrace. Other great beaches include Santa Eulalia and Olhos D'Agua. Most beaches have wonderful restaurants. Albufeira is about a 5 minute drive and has everything. Every conceivable type of restaurant, bars to suit all ages and tastes, shops and plenty of nightlife and clubs for the younger generation. Olhos D'Agua is about a 15 minute walk and again has many restaurants and bars. Enjoy a quiet drink overlooking the beach with spectacular views of the ocean. There are many different restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the complex and excellent shops and supermarkets. For golfers, Vilamoura is about a 15 minute drive and there are over 30 wonderful golf courses on the Algarve. Further along the coast, many childrens attractions such as Zooland and Seaworld. Numerous water parks are also close by.

  • In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 20% of the full payment (or full payment if booking is within 42 days of arrival date) must be paid within 72 hours of booking confirmation. The balance is due 42 days prior to arrival

  • Refundable breakage deposit.

    A refundable breakage deposit of £150 is payable 42 days before the start of your stay. This payment does not form part of the deposit. This is refundable 14 days after the end of your stay. The owner's agent will check that there are no breakages or damage to the apartment within this 14 day period. All refunds can be paid through online banking or by cheque.
  • The owner asks that you arrive after 3pm on the start of your stay and that you fully vacate the apartment by 10am on the last day of your stay.

Apartamento muito simpático, bem mobilado e equipado, inserido num aldeamento sossegado, próximo da praia e com um nível de equipamentos de apoio (piscinas e corte de ténis) acima do habitual. Foi uma surpresa muito agradável, por isso o recomendo.
