The apartment faces south and the view is of a peaceful large wooded area. All rooms open directly onto the patio. The sun catches this area from early morning until about lunchtime so it is perfect for dining outside. The pool complex is about 50 metres away and is ideal for both adults and children. A tennis court is also available. The apartment is less than two years old, is in excellent decorative quality and comes with all modern conveniences. It is classed as a superior apartment and has a fully operational kitchen. Extras such as dish washer, washing machine, microwave, ironing board and iron are included. The lounge has comfortable seating for up to 4 people and there is a dining area that comfortably sits 6. If you choose to eat outside the large patio also has a table and six chairs. Notes to the rental rates

• In order to confirm your stay, a deposit of 20% of the full payment (or full payment if booking is within 42 days of arrival date) must be paid within 72 hours of booking confirmation. The balance is due 42 days prior to arrival

  Less than 6 weeks Deposit and 10% of balance
  Less than 4 weeks Deposit and 25% of balance

  Less than 1 week Deposit and 100% of balance

  A late booking discount of 10% is available for arrivals within 14 days of booking. This offer applies to bookings in June, July, August and September only.
  A 10% discount is applicable for bookings of 14 days or longer. This offer applies to bookings in June, July, August and September only.
  
• Refundable breakage deposit.
  A refundable breakage deposit of £150 is payable 42 days before the start of your stay. This payment does not form part of the deposit. This is refundable 14 days after the end of your stay. The owner's agent will check that there are no breakages or damage to the apartment within this 14 day period. All refunds can be paid through online banking or by cheque.
  
• The owner asks that you arrive after 3pm on the start of your stay and that you fully vacate the apartment by 10am on the last day of your stay.
