This new two bedroom apartment is set in the romantic town of Juan Les Pins.Perfectly located for all the exciting events that occur every year, such as the Jazz Festival the Cannes Film Festival and the famous Monaco Grand Prix all of which can be accessed by a short picturesque coastal train journey its final destination being Ventimiglia in northern Italy with a bustling market.A boulangerie essential for morning croissants is directly opposite the apartment block, and a small supermarket is less than 100m away for your other necessities.There is a lively feel to this Town in the evenings with no shortage of superb restaurants and a casino & trendy bars.For those of you who like shopping there are many designer boutiques and evening market stalls. For winter breaks Isola 2000 ski resort is only an hour and a half drive away. With its all year round climate it makes for a perfect romantic or family vacation!!!

This luxury apartment has only recently been finished to a high standard. It is on the 3rd floor, with a lift. There is full air-conditioning throughout the apartment. It has a large south facing main terrace off the lounge/kitchen for outdoor dining as well as a small private terrace perfect for morning coffee or glass of wine. Both bedrooms are of a good size with the main bedroom have an en-suite shower room. Its central location makes it ideal for couples and families alike. The beach is within walking distance as is the centre of Juan Les Pins with it many restaurants many on the beach itself and wonderful night life, with a Casino and nightclub.The Cote d'Azur is famous for it's all year round climate, and with it's history and places of interest makes it an ideal holiday location. Nice is within easy reach either by train or bus, also Juan Les Pins, Cannes and Monaco There are many golf clubs within 30 mins drive. Marineland, Europes largest water park is 15 mins drive away.

Booking wasn't a problem through Martin the owner who was extremely approachable and answered all pre-booking queries.

Allison the agent was also friendly and very kindly offered to pick us up from Antibes station as she was in the immediate area when we arrived!

Flat met all expectations:
Modern, spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. We particularly liked the smaller rear terrace which catches the evening sun, perfect for evening drinks and/or a meal.
No problems with the WiFi access, although signal for UK satellite programmes struggled when we had a brief spell of stormy weather, which is understandable.
Conveniently situated for all amenities e.g. train (5 mins to Cannes), bus (5 mins to Antibes centre) and plenty of shops nearby including supermarkets, boulangerie, fruit and veg shops etc.
We found the main beaches on the sea front too busy, and eventually found some smaller quieter beaches located either side of the port, just beyond the famous Belle Rives Hotel, an extra 5 min walk but well worth it.

Overall would thoroughly recommend this apartment.
