Recently modernised it has a small shower room, kitchen area with hob, fridge and washing machine , There is a seating area and a double bedroom It benefits from shutters on the windows to keep the apartment cool and relaxed during the summer and cosy during the autumn and winter months. The apartment has original Majolica tiles decorating some walls and floors

  • Cots are available as an extra at £5 per night.If you have an evening departure, a late check out facility is available. The room is available for you until 9pm at night for just £45. An airport transfer service is available, the driver meets you from your flight and takes you straight to your apartment, the cost is £30 one way
    The end of stay cleaning is charged at £35 per rental.
    The deposit payable in advance is 20% of the total rental price. The balance should be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
  • Cancellations 55 days to 42 days before arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the holiday cost. Cancellations within 42 days to 35 days of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the holiday cost. Cancellations within 35 days to 28 days of arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the holiday cost. Cancellations within 28 days to 14 days of arrival are subject to cancellation fee of 75% of the holiday cost. Cancellations within 14 days to the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the holiday cost.
