Carol Villa is a detached villa located in a cul de sac in the quiet rural region of Calis,An ideal place to get away from it all and relax in its well maintained gardens laid to lawn with planted shrubs and lovely private swimming pool, also has its own driveway . Standing on the villas balconies over looking the swimming pool and gardens you will also be able to see the beautiful moutain ranges around Calis. Just ten minutes walk and you can be on the promenade where you could be having a quiet drink or evening meal as the sun goes down [ Calis beach sunsets are not to be missed ]. See inserted picture. One of the attractions in Calis is the sea taxi to Fethiye which is good value and takes 30 minutes, or of course you could take a trip by local dolmus from the bottom of the cul de sac 20 metres away from the villa.

    A deposit of £100 per week is required to comfirm a booking, the balance is payable 6 weeks before departure,on late bookings with in 6 weeks of departure full payment will be required
    A £100 returnable breakage and damage deposit is required with final balance, this deposit will be returned 1 week after your return subject to checks.
    Transfers from Dalaman airport can be arranged.Transfer time will take 45 minutes by fully insured, air conditioned mini bus. At an additional cost. Flight details will be required for pick up time at airport.

Our family of 5, 3 kids, 12, 10 and 7, stayed in John and Carols villa in the middle of July 2009. It's fantastic. John and Carol are so helpful, sending plenty of infomation via email, post and telephone before departure. On arrival we were met by Serkan, their turkish caretaker/general helper. He's on call 24/7 via a mobile provided to guests. The villa is very spacious, with all the amenities you'd expect, the pool is very clean and a brilliant size and not to deep for the kids. The villa is in a fantastic position, 5 minute walk from Chalis, lovely and not over lively, and only a 20 minute water taxi, great experience, from Fethiye, the nearest town. The food in the restaurants in this area is the best i've ever had on a med holiday! The people in the area really make you feel at home. Overall the villa was perfect as is the area, John has already recieved the deposit for our next stay, we've only been back 4 day's! The road from the airport to Chalis is more or less one straight road so the next time we go I'll hire a car from the airport. Olu Deniz is lovely as are the mud baths in Dalyan. The area is steeped in history, the Kings Garden restaurant has one of the best views of Fethiye and will pick you up for free and take you home. Have your starters then have a small trek up to the 6000 yr old tomb which overlooks the restaurant, come down and finish your meal, the waiters encourage this. The river at the bottom of the road, near the villa, is full of fish and is very pleasant to walk along during the day, and to spot turtles, on your way to the local shop. Again this is a fantastic villa owned by a fantastic couple in a fantastic area. The best family holiday we've ever had.
