Apartment is located in a quiet and beautiful part of southern Spain and possesses exceptional views across the mountains towards Lake Vinuela. The apartment is fully furnished to a high specification so you can enjoy the quiet and peaceful surroundings. A large communal pool and gardens complete the attraction of the holiday and local produce is cheap and of great quality. Cheap rates are available all year round representing great value accommodation. There are uninterrupted views from the poolside and terracing, and the actual apartment comes with fully equiped kitchen with all new appliances, 2 bedrooms and large bed/settee so comfortably sleeps 6. Sky is connected just in case you need to check what's going on back home, albeit unlikely! Adjacent to a typical Spanish white washed village which has a sprinkling of pleasant restaurants, general store, bakery and friendly inhabitants - a holiday to remember for sure.

Alcaucin is situated in the heart of La Axarquia region in close proximity to Lake Vinuela and at the foot of the Sierra Tejeda national park. Larger town shops and restaurants are located at Torre De Mar and Valez Malaga some 20 minute drive away. The village has its own bank with cash point, small supermarket, post office, health centre, pharmacy and outdoor pool/sports arena. There are numerous lovely restaurants in the surrounding villages. Alcaucin itself has a traditional Spanish hillside community and has stunning views of the mountains beyond. There are many activities on offer in the locality including horse riding, fishing, hiking, waterparks and quad biking (skiing and winter activities are also on offer in Sierra Nevada ski resort, approximately a 90 minute drive away (December-April). The views from the pool and sun terrace are simply spectacular and will ensure you want to visit time and time again!
