This recently refurbished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is situated in a quiet area, within a few minutes drive from the glorious 7km stretch of the golden sand of La Barrosa beach. Very close to Nova Sancti Petri, with its excellent golf courses, 5 star hotels, and commercial centre with shops, bars and restaurants. The villa will sleep up to 8, with a sofa bed in the lounge, (9 with travel cot). A spacious lounge/dining room with fireplace. Very modern, fully equipped kitchen.with dishwasher and washing machine. A large front garden with covered porch and seating area, large patio area to the rear with 8 x 4 swimming pool with table and chairs, BBQ and covered seating area. The house is a short walk away from the local venta (bar), and a patisserie, cafe and Tapas bar.

If you are requiring a relaxing, typically Spanish holiday, then this is the place for you. Our spacious, modern 3 bedroom property is situated a few minutes from La Barrosa Beach and it's 7 kilometres of fantastic, golden sand. This beach is ideal for families with children, clean, natural and safe, with it's superb waves -a surfboard is a must! La Barrosa itself has a seafront promenade with restaurants, cafes and bars. Nova Sancti Petri is a short drive away, with a commercial complex, complete with shops, bars and restaurants. Chiclana town is a five minute drive, this is an typical old Spanish town, with a great fish market, shops and not forgetting Tapa's bars! A trip to the oldest city in Europe, Cadiz, is essential, it is only 15 mins by car. This has a very quaint old quarter, steeped in history and culture. Tarifa is an hour away, heading towards Gibraltar, this is serious surfing, (kite and wind). You can also arrange dolphin and whale watching trips from here.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Payments can be made by cash, cheque or a bank transfer can be arranged, payment can be in sterling or euro's.
    A 20% deposit is required when booking to secure the holiday dates. The full rental charge is required 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £200 or equivalent in euros, will also be required to cover the cost of any damage, this is fully refundable if all is well. Our rates include cleaning, pool maintenance and all services. This also includes linen and towels, but an additional cost of 15 euro's per person is required to cover the cost of laundering these items. Any problems will be dealt with quickly and efficiently with a local Spanish builder and his wife, who also cleans and maintains the pool. Deposits are fully refundable, providing we are able to re-let the house. Weekend accommodation and mid-week start dates are available on request.

Notes: A high chair is available. A welcome pack is provided on arrival. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided, there is an iron, ironing board, fans and hair dryer for use. Sun beds are available to use around the pool with an umbrella and cool boxes. There is a playstation 2, but you will need to take your own games. The T.V at the house has the English freeview channels, but we also have a Spanish freeview box.
