Totally private Villa suitable for naturists, with video entrance system and wireless broadband internet access, 3km from the sea overlooking the medieval village of Calonge with views of the med and mountains. Four double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one en suite), Jacuzzi bath, sauna, large house bathroom with his and hers sinks, exterior spa hot tub and 8x4 heated salt water system infinity pool. Totally renovated in 2007 to very high standard with log burner, natural gas central heating and double glazing throughout for the winter months. Modern solid oak kitchen with granite work tops, dishwasher, electric oven, 5 ring gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, solid oak dining table (seats 8), kitchen terrace with BBQ and solid teak table (seats 8). Two lounges, one with private terrace and the other with large picture windows with views to the sea. 8 Sun loungers and tropical hardwood decking and fantastic views.

Nearest Airport: Girona at 35 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 3 Kilometres

3 km from the nearest beach, a few hundred meters from the village of Calonge with supermarkets, bars and shops. 7 km from the town of Platja D'Aro with bars, night clubs and major shopping centers. 7 km from the fishing port of Palamos which has its old center filled with authentic tapas bars and the fish market. Fantastic walking trails from 45 mins to full day hikes in the country behind the house through the 'Les Gavarres' hills which are covered in oak and pine forest full of wild boar and wild mushrooms in the autumn. Dozens of beaches within 15 km of the house. Skiing in the Pyrenees only 2 hours away by car, and many activities close by such as the aqua park, sailing, horse riding, cycling, museums in Figueres and Girona and some of the best American Standard golf courses in Europe.
