Luxury Private Villa Sleeps 9 with private pool

A large Detached Villa within a 10 minute walk of the sandy beaches of Cabo Roig and only 5 minutes to a number of local shops restaurants cafes supermarkets etc. The villa has 3 bedrooms, one double with a balcony and sea views, one twin and a single. The villa benefits from a basement that has 2 bed settees and its own shower room. The living/dining room is well appointed with double doors that open out onto a large balcony which overlooks the pool. There is a main bathroom on the first floor and a toilet on the ground floor The villa is a fully furnished and has satellite TV BBC1/2, ITV SKY Sports ect, DVD player and CD Music system, there is a separate fully fitted kitchen. Air con fitted in the living room, main bedroom and basement. Outside there is a very large patio area with Spanish style BBQ, a large table and six chairs, 7 sunbeds are divided between the patio and pool area. To give peace of mind the Villa is very secure and has an alarm.
