A 3 bedroom luxury apartment inside a seafront liberty style 'Palazzo' with marble flooring, top quality fixtures and fittings, private underground parking with lift leading directly to the apartment. Five minutes away from the fashionable Forte Dei Marmi, the historical town and art centre of Pietrasanta, half an hour from the walled city of Lucca and Pisa airport, 1 hour from Florence. Across the road from the apt. there is a vast choice of beach facilities/restaurants. The entrance to the apartment leads directly into the living area which has a covered Terrace offering fantastic sea views including those of the 'Cinque Terre' (Liguria) in the distance. The dining facilities part of the living room offer dining with views over the ocean. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen including a dishwasher. Off the living area there is a corridor which leads to the sleeping quarters (2 DB and 1 twin) and the bathrooms (1 with shower and the other with bathtub/jacuzzi).

The apt. is just across the road from a vast variety of beach facilities that go from simple umbrellas to high class private beaches with pools, changing cabins and private showers, restaurants that cater for all pocket sizes and palates. Five minutes away from the fashionable VIP shopping haven of Forte Dei Marmi or Viareggio which offers a great nightlife or walks along the promenade and harbour area. If you are more for the sporty life, there are plenty of activities in the area from, tennis, sailing, hiking in the Apuan Alps, horse riding in the natural reserve parks or simply cycling on the flat ground or to the hilltop villages to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view across 80 km of Riviera. For those who do not wish to drive there are cycle paths leading to the various local towns, including Pietrasanta old town, known as the 'Little Athens' which has a great deal to offer throughout the season from open air art exhibits and cultural events in Piazza Duomo.
