Villa Timos (No 38) was built in the summer of 2006 and is located on a private gated complex in Coral Bay between Paphos and the Akamas Peninsula National Park. It is a few minutes walk away from the beach. Our villa caters for a party of up to 6 people and boasts a private 8m x 4m pool with sun loungers, chairs, parasol and tables on the patio so that you can sit and relax in the Cyprus sun. The villa is fitted with air-conditioning in all three bedrooms, the lounge and dining area. THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE up to 200 units per week. There is limited satellite television and a DVD/CD player for your entertainment with a small selection of DVDs. There is a High Chair and Cot available. The kitchen is fully fitted and the dining room seats six. The villa is furnished with modern, comfortable furniture and you will feel completely at home during your stay. There is an internet facility at the villa. A Complimentary Welcome Pack will be awaiting your arrival at the villa

Location: Coral Bay Village in Cyprus

Nearest Airport: Paphos International at 25 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 200 Metres
The villa is located approximately a 2 minute walk from Corallia Beach which is very clean and safe for swimming and a 10 minute walk from the main Coral Bay Beach where there are a variety of water sports, bars and cafes. A 20 minute walk takes you to the main Coral Bay strip where there are numerous bars, shops, banks, tour operators, vehicle rentals, restaurants and night clubs. The villa is also located within walking distance of an Irish pub, English pub, Italian, Indian, Chinese and Greek restaurants, car hire companies, laundry and a local Mini-Market. Paphos International Airport is a 30-40 minute drive away. Hiring a car is not absolutely necessary unless you wish to explore the island. There is a regular bus service from just across the road from the villa which goes to The Tombs of the Kings, Paphos Market, Town and The Harbour, via Coral Bay strip. There is free, unlimited internet access at the property if it is needed.

Additional information about rental rates

  • NOTES ON PRICES: A 25% deposit is payable upon booking your accommodation.
    The balance of 75% and a £200 per week refundable breakages deposit is payable to Logan Villas 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period.
    AIR CONDITIONING IS INCLUDED UP TO 200 ELECTRICITY UNITS per week. Usage over this amount will be charged at 15p per unit which will be deducted from the refundable deposit.
    Property inspection and a meter reading will be made after vacation of the villa and any damages reported to us and the costs deducted from your deposit.
    The price includes a complimentary Welcome Pack to include Milk, Bread, Tea, Coffee, Sugar.
  • The owners reserve the right to change the rental charges for 2009 and 2010
  • All linen and towels are included in the rental price EXCEPT for Beach Towels.
    The linen for the travel cot is NOT provided and any guest with a baby should bring their own for health reasons.
    Changeover days are fully flexible.
    A weekly cleaning service is available after the first week for bookings of two weeks and over. This has to be arranged locally with the Management Company.
