Luxury 4-bed Detached Villa with private 10x3m pool, 3min walk to pubs
Large luxurious detached 4-bed Villa, sleeps a maximum of 7 people, in quiet 'Eagles Nest' urbanisation, within 20min walk of Villamartin. Villa is surrounded by a large wall and not overlooked so you can relax at the private 10x3m swimming pool without being viewed. Many outside areas, including swing chair, round table and chairs, BBQ area, and Mediterranean garden with double bench. Inside the Villa is finished off to a very high standard. On entering the Villa the reception area has a round table and four chairs, off of which there's a fully fitted kitchen and the lounge. The kitchen comes with all you should need, along with two fridge/freezers, one for your food and the other for your drinks. The lounge contains a 3-piece leather sofa and a 42 inch Plasma LG Television, with video player, DVD Player and Sky (40+ channels/English). Floors are tiled without and there are ceiling fans in most rooms. In every of the double bedrooms you'll find air conditioning.
