Modern 3 bedroom villa, private pool, 200 meters from beach

Villa Mattheous (No 3) was built in the summer of 2006 and is located on a private gated complex in Coral Bay between Paphos and the Akamas Peninsula National Park. It is a few minutes walk away from the beach. Our villa caters for a party of up to 6 people and boasts a private 8m x 4m pool with sun loungers, chairs, parasol and tables on the patio so that you can sit and relax in the Cyprus sun. The villa is fitted with air-conditioning in all three bedrooms, the lounge and dining area. THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. There is Satellite television and a DVD/CD player for your entertainment with a small selection of DVDs. There is also a High Chair and Cot available. The kitchen is fully fitted and the dining room seats six. The villa is furnished with modern, comfortable furniture and you will feel completely at home during your stay. A Complimentary Welcome Pack will be awaiting your arrival at the villa.

The villa is located approximately 200 meters from Corallia Beach and a 10 minute walk from the main Coral Bay Beach which has water sports, bar and cafe. A 15-20 minute walk takes you to the main Coral Bay strip where there are numerous bars, shops, banks, tour operators, vehicle rentals, restaurants and night clubs. The villa is also located near an Irish pub, English pub, Italian, Indian, Chinese and Greek restaurants. Paphos International Airport is a 30-40 minute drive away. Hiring a car is not necessary unless you wish to explore the island. There is a regular bus service from just across the road from the villa which goes to The Tombs of the Kings, Paphos Market, Town and The Harbour, via Coral Bay strip. Internet facilities are available at the local hotels just across the road.

Notes to the rental rates

  • NOTES ON PRICES: A 25% deposit is payable upon booking your accommodation. The balance of 75% and a £200 breakages refundable deposit is payable to Logan Villas 8 weeks prior to the start of the rental period. AIR CONDITIONING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE UP TO 200 UNITS. Usage over this amount will be charged at 15p per unit which will be deducted from the refundable deposit. Property inspection will be made after vacation of the villa and any damages reported to us and the costs deducted from your deposit.
  • The owners reserve the right to change the rental charges for 2009
  • All linen and towels are included in the rental price EXCEPT for Beach Towels. However, the linen for the travel cot is not provided and any guest with a baby should bring their own for health reasons.
    Changeover days are fully flexible.
    Maid service on changeover.
    Cleaning service available for bookings over one week. This should be arranged with the Management Company on arrival and is payable directly to them. Contact details within the villa and supplied prior to departure by us.
