This villa near Disney is one of these truly luxurious Orlando vacation homes and can be found in 'The Village' at Tuscan Ridge on US Highway 27 in Davenport. Set in the up-market 'Village' at Tuscan Ridge, these expensive and limited exclusive and luxury Orlando vacation homes were built by a designer-build local Orlando company called RD&C. Not like any 'ordinary' or 'typical' Floridian villa, Disney Mouse House has many original features and was probably one of the most expensive builds in the community as it has had an exceptionally high number of up-grades to the property. Located in Kissimmee/Davenport area, it is very close to Disney World (12 minutes drive) and within 30 minutes of all the other major Orlando attractions. Its central location and close proximity to the Interstate 4 (5 minutes drive) means you have easy access to take trips to both Atlantic and Gulf coasts. Nearby you will find a vast array of supermarkets, shops, a new shopping mall and restaurants.

The family room has a large 50 inch HD plasma wide-screen TV with digital cable, HD compatible DVD player with many family and children's DVDs. The hi-fi also has a radio and twin cassette player with 60 CDs. There is a games room with pool table, air hockey table, foosball table and electronic darts. There are three dining areas which are: - the covered lanai for alfresco dining (a BBQ is also supplied) - the breakfast nook - and the formal dining room that can seat 10 people. In typical American style, the fully fitted kitchen overlooks both the breakfast and family rooms, meaning mum (or dad as the case may be!) can enjoy the company of the family whilst preparing food. In addition to the usual facilities, such as cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave, you will find many additional items such as a toaster, coffee-maker, slo-cooker, blender and food processor to name but just a few. There is a utilty room for washing, drying and ironing (iron & board included).

GAMES ROOM AND LEISURE FACILITIES

As you will have seen already, the home has an enlarged pool and extended lania/patio area covered by a mesh (insect) screen. For children (and us grown up children!) we have provided a games room for those occasional rainy Florida days or for whenn you just want to stay at home and relax and enjoy the comfort and facilities provided at Disney Mouse House. The games room has a pool table, an air hockey table, foosball (table football) and electronic darts. In addition there is a large 31 inch TV with cable. In the twin bedrooms we have provided a number of board games such as Monopoly, Travel Go, Wembley and Tournament Golf. There is also a PlayStation2 with games, and an additional DVD player. If you prefer to relax cuddled up with a good book then our reading room is for you. It has a number of novels where you can enjoy this pastime. Our family room has a 51 inch HDTV with an HD compatible DVD player, a VCR and hi-fi. Over 70 DVDs and 60 CDs are provided.

TENNIS COURT

The community has a tennis court that is free to use by residents and renters of homes in 'The Village' at Tuscan Ridge. This facility is NOT available to residents nor renters of homes located in 'Countryside' at Tuscan Ridge. Disney Mouse House is in 'The Village' so use of the court is free of charge. Tennis rackets and balls are provided. The gate combination to the court is provided in our 'Welcome Pack'.

The home is located in an area surounded by a number of Golf courses two within 5 minutes drive. These nearest 2 course are, Champions Gate (a Greg Norman designed champoionship course) and Highlands Reserve. 10 minutes away is the championship course in Haines City - the Southern Dunes course.
