This brand new semi detached villa with a private Jacuzzi is situated on a lovely urbanisation just a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Vera Playa. It has been furnished to a very high standard and has air conditioning throughout. There are two communal swimming pools for guests to use, one of which has a waterfall feature as well as tennis courts and padel courts. Within a short distance there are shops, restaurants and the water park.

The local fishing port of Garucha has delightfully fresh seafood on offer in the vast range of restaurants within easy reach of the complex. Mojacar playa has an excellent choice of restaurants for all tastes as well as bars and lively clubs. Vera is within easy driving distance of Almeria airport, 40 minutes, Murcia airport 1 hr 15 minutes and Alicante 2 hours enabling you to choose the best that the low cost Airlines can offer. There is a water park close by as well as karting, water sports and even quad biking.

We have just come back from our holiday and would like to say how enjoyable it was made by our stay in this house. The owners have thoughtfully provided every amenity from every possible kitchen utensil to books to read. The house was tastefully furnished and the terrace and garden wonderful to sit in to eat or sunbathe. The roof terrace was certainly a plus. The whole complex is great and so peaceful. For the initiate to the area 'May' is a godsend.

The villa was better than expected and a credit to Andrew and Lisa the very helpful owners. If you want to stay in a very quiet location location then look no further. The place was spotless and very well loooked after, May is the lady that looks after the villa and lives on site is extremely helpful and nothing seems too much trouble. All in all well worth it, as it is one of the few places that we have stayed in in Spain that was just perfect. Thank's to all for a very nice time, from Evelyn & Peter, Dorset,England.
