  • Notes to the rental rates
    Each stay will require a damage deposit of £150 which will be returned on completion of the end of stay inventory check subject to no damage. There is a charge of 75 euros to the key holder on arrival to cover one set of clean linen and towels for each occupant. Meet and greet is included in this charge up to 9.30pm - after this time there will be an 'out of hours' charge. If you use additional towels or sheets there will be an extra charge. Starter packs from 20 euros can also be arranged. AIrport transfers can also be arranged
  • Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal - the latter attracts a 4% surcharge
  • The 5 star Marriot Hotel when complete in 2008 will be offering a 'room service' where you can order meals for delivery to your home. Polaris are also in the process of rolling out other 'hotel services' to self catering clients which services you can pay Polaris direct.

Getting There From Alicante/ San Javier Airport: From Alicante Airport: Take A-7 direction 'Cartagena-Murcia', about 30 km.after that take exit 'Cartagena -Torrevieja ' AP-7 and drive until you arrive to exit 'Balsicas-Murcia /3319', toward Murcia. From Murcia Airport: Go to A-7 and turn right toward Alicante, then take first exit 'Balsicas-Murcia /3319', toward Murcia. After 15 kms you will see “La Torre” on the left hand side. Go past next exit on dual carriageway and come off at the next where there is bridge across the dual carriageway. Go over the bridge, turn left, and at the mini roundabout follow signs “Urbanization” . After 3 kms you will see the entrance to the resort. Via South Entrance (nearer to townhouse). Once on 3319 and after passing the Polaris HQ on the left. Go over next bridge and take exit to 'Roldan'. At end of slip road turn left to go over 3319 and then cross over first 2 mini roundabouts and then follow the signs 'La Torre'

Once in the Resort: Directions to Block 7 2b Pez Espada - Apartment From the security gate go to the first roundabout and go straight across (along “Melva”). At next roundabout go straight across (along “Boca Negra”). At next roundabout go straight across (along “Abadejo”). Take first left (along “Pez Espada”). Block 7 is the first apartment block on the left and 2b is on the 2nd floor

Golf Information: : There are over 15 nearby golf courses to include La Manga, in addition to the Polaris golf courses of La Torre, Mar Menor, El Valle and Hacienda Riquelme. You have easy access (within 15 minutes drive) to at least nine other golf courses in the Murcia region.

Other Activities: The Ricote Valley nearby is ideal for white river rafting, mountain biking and walking

I just wanted to email you and thank you for letting us rent your apartment. Its beautifully furnished and we were very impressed with the view also the apartment in general. The apartment feels very much home from home with its very well equipped kitchen which made eating in easy and relaxing. Also a full choice of english channels on the tv which meant our little boy could watch his cartoons in a morning.

We have visted La Torre 4 times this being our 5th vist and I can honestly say in comparison to where we have stayed before it was by far the best equipped and had the most comfortable beds and also plenty of living room furntiure. Fantastc holiday with the added bonus of staying somewhere with the luxury and envy of wishing you could stay longer.

Customer service before we left, whilst we were there and on return was 100%!

We will recommend and definately plan on returning.

Stayed there for a week in October and really enjoyed this apartment . It has a great balcony overlooking the 18th fairway . For the nights you want to stay in there is a fantastic choice of programmes from Scotland & England etc . Internally it is very well maintained and feels like a home from home . Highly recommend and would definitely return .
