In the center of Porto Cervo, close to the yacht promenade, a few minutes car distance from the beach, in a strategic and panoramic position, the apartment have a large living room with a fantastic view on the harbour, a dining zone, two sofa bed, a large double bed room and a bathroom, with artistic ceramic tiles, a small and well equipped kitchen, private car box and a exclusive pass to access to reserved beaches located in the surroundings of Porto Cervo, Air conditioning and Laundry machine. All the furniture have a special touch, in the typical architecture of the Costa Smeralda. Supermarket, Post Office, Apotheke and Surgery are located 5 to 10 minutes walk distance. Pevero Golf Club is at 10 minutes distance by car.

In the middle of Costa Smeralda, a beautiful location close to the old yacht harbour, for those people who love glamour, VIPs and beautiful yachts. The apartment located at the third floor, has an architect touch inside and a fantastic view on the harbour. It's specially recommended for a couple or a small family. The Pevero Golf Club is at a few minutes car distance. Portocervo harbour is located less then 5 miles far from Maddalena and Caprera islands, both reachable by motor boat (to be rented on place).
