Our Mediterranean style villa is located in the gated WaterSong community among water and woodland conservation areas. It is close to Disney and Orlando theme parks, and championship golf courses. With easy access to Interstate-4 the east coast, Tampa and Busch Gardens are just 60 minutes away and 70 minutes to the beautiful white sands of the Gulf Beaches. A short drive south are the “100 lakes” – for bass fishing and experience of the real Florida. The luxuriously furnished accommodation comprises a superKing size double ensuite bedroom, a King size double ensuite bedroom, two twin bedrooms with Jack&Jill bathroom, lounge area, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with appliances from fridge with crushed ice and water dispenser to electric tin-opener. The villa is air-conditioned throughout. The south-facing 30'x15' heated pool backs onto conservation area ensuring a relaxing end to each day. The WaterSong clubhouse with CyberCafe and gym is available to renters.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rental is generally taken as Saturday to Saturday however other periods may be available. Midweek bookings may incur a surcharge of 15%, stays of 5 nights or less will incur a cleaning fee of £50. The villa is available for occupation from 16:00 on day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Vacating after this time without prior agreement may incur a charge of £65.00.
  
• A cheque for a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is due with your completed Booking Form within 7 days of your initial reservation. On receipt of your deposit , following cheque clearance we will send a receipt and confirmation of booking. Payment of the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. Also payable at this time is a refundable £200 security/breakage deposit. Upon receipt and cheque clearance of the balance we will send out your Arrival Pack.
  In the event of your party needing to cancel the following charges will apply:·
  8 weeks or more prior to departure: 20% of the total booking fee·
  5-8 weeks prior to departure: 50% of the total booking fee·
  less then 5 weeks prior to departure: 100% of the total booking fee
  These do not include the security deposit which will be returned in full.
  
• No all male parties or parties of guests who are all under the age of 21 will be accepted. No pets allowed. For the comfort of all guests this is a non-smoking villa, however smoking is permitted on the patio. Please use the ashtrays provided.To ensure security and peace of mind our home is fitted with a monitored security alarm system. It is registered with the state authorities and is in full compliance with all relevant legislation.
