It is located in a peaceful, yet central location with a stunning panorama view and individual relaxation areas. A stunning place for families and those looking for relaxation, a paradise for relaxing and feeling great. 2 separate apartments are offered which are ideal for families and friends. Both apartments are located next to each other on the ground floor. The house is modern, completely and beautifully furnished. SAT-TV, stereo, internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine. You don't need to miss out on anything. A Mediterranean garden with a grill space and lawn invites you to dream. The pool is right behind the house. The owner couple lives on the top floor and works to ensure that the guests have an unforgettable holiday. Sant Elm offers nice restaurants, small bars and a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water, 2 km away.

The finca is located in southwest Majorca between Andratx, Port d'Andratx and Sant Elm. This newly built, beautiful finca is located and enclosed in soft hills in the middle of nature. The ideal place for relaxing. 2 kilometres away you will find the beach of Sant Elm where the water is crystal clear. The nearby cities like Camp de Mar (golf course), Paguera, Santa Ponsa can be reached after a 10 minute drive. A lot of shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and nightlife can offer a lot of diversity. It is just 30 km away from the Palma airport. Hiking paths with a stunning view go directly from the finca into the mountains and valleys. The small village of S'arraco is 800 m away. There you will find the village life with original Majorcan bars, individual shopping options and a few very good restaurants. You will love it. Finca und Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Pool mit herrlichem Blick, Sonnenliegen und einen schönen Grillplatz. Wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier: außer dem Zirpen der Grillen hört man nichts. Der Strand von Sant Elm ist nur ein paar Autominuten entfernt. Strand und Meer sind sehr sauber. In Sant Elm gibt es kleine, gut sortierte Supermärkte und ein paar nette Restautants (empfehlenswert ist die BAR 9 mit guter lokaler Küche). Ca. 20 - 30 Autominuten (Küstenstraße in nördlicher Richtung) liegt der hübsche Ort Banyalbufar (empfehlenswert ist das Restaurat SAN TOMAS mit ausgezeichneter lokaler Küche und herrlichem Blick auf das Meer).
Wer Mallorca fernab der Touristenmassen kennenlernen möchte, hat hier den idealen Ausgangspunkt gefunden: Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert.
