A lovely air conditioned apartment furnished to the highest standards with 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) with bed settee able to accommodate 4-6 people. Children are welcome and a cot can be made available upon request. There are double wardrobes and and ample draw storage in each bedroom. The large balcony makes most of the sun and is equipped with table and chairs and ideal place to enjoy breakfast or an evening cocktail. There is a private roof terrace that gets the sun all day and is equipped with table ,chairs, sunbeds and BBQ with sea views across the Orihuela Costa. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge/dining area can seat 6 people. The lounge provides a comfortable seating with TV, DVD and Radio/CD player. There is a selection of films and CD's to choose from. There is air-conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge/dining area and can also be used for heating. Use of swimming pool (adult & child pools) . Blue flag beaches and golf courses are close by.

This development is designed to make an ideal base for the family with great communal pool just two mins away, golden sandy beaches including the EEC 'Blue Flag' beach at La Zenia just 5 mins drive. Just a short walk is a thriving centre with a supermarket, bank, cafes, restaurants and bars only minutes walk away all welcoming children. For the golfer we offer an ideal base from which to play three superb courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor, 20 mins and you can be playing La Manga with more than enough bars and restaurants at La Zenia to suit all tastes! Nearest Airport is at Murcia (20 minutes) or frequent flights into Alicante (45 minutes). Shopping is close by but at Villamartin there are also a number of bars, and restaurants to suit all ages and budgets. Markets are lively and frequent during the season with Flamenca on Saturday & La Zenia on a Sunday being favourites. For the children, try the WaterPark at Torrevieja only 15 mins drive or Rio Safari at Elche.

Additional information about rental rates

  • For advanced bookings a non refundable £100 or €150 deposit is payable to secure your booking. Payment in full is required 8 weeks prior to occupancy. For bookings made 8 weeks or less prior to occupancy payment in full is necessary at time of booking.
    Payment can be made in either £'s or € Euros by bank transfer - bank details will be provided on booking.
    On arrival at the property you will be met by the host who will explain everything to you. If you arrive or depart between 22:00 hrs. and 08:00 hrs. there is a Meet and Greet Fee of 15 Euros payable,
    The cleaning fee is not included in the rental price and is payable to the local representative on arrival - €40 for cleaning + €7per person laundry. .
    You will be asked to pay a security deposit of £100 or €150 on arrival or with the balance. The security deposit is fully refundable on return subject to the host's satisfaction that everything is as you found it.

  • Additional services available (to be requested at time of booking).
    A Welcome Pack can be provided at a cost of 15 Euros (Tea, Coffee, Milk, Butter, Bread, Sugar and Water) + the cost of the food.
    Airport Transfers can be arranged at 45 Euros (each way) for Alicante and 40 Euros (each way) for Murcia. This is for up to 4 people - a mini-bus can be arranged for larger parties at an additional cost.
  • Changeover:
    On arrival days - the apartment will be ready after 14:00 hrs
    On departure days - the apartment should be vacated by 11:00 hrs
    If there are no immediate changeover bookings after your stay, (By Prior Arrangement With The Host), you may stay in the apartment until you are due to leave for the airport.
    All rubbish must be placed in the Green Wheelie Bins situated on numerous street corners (failure to do so may incur charges)!

Notes: The apartment is accessed by stairs up to the 2nd floor and there are additional steps leading to the roof terrace, so may cause problems for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. The apartment will be cleaned at the end of your stay. Bed linen & towels can be changed mid-way through a 2 week or longer stay at additional cost. Cleaning is not included in the rental price and will be payable to the local representative. The apartment has a utility room with sink and washing machine. The kitchen is very well equipped with ample cutlery, plates & dishes, utensils along with food storage containers. There is a dining table with 6 chairs, a comfortable bed settee and separate arm chair. The TV has satellite English TV and other channels, a DVD player with selection of films and radio/CD player with CD's. A clothes line is available on the sun terrace and clothes airier which can be placed on the balcony. There is also an iron and ironing board in the apartment.

We stayed in this apartment in late September 2009 and had a great time. The apartment was spottlessly clean, had everything you could wish for and was in a quiet part of the development.

The beach we liked best was about five minutes away in the car, and on our return each evening we sat on the roof terrace with wonderful sea views, drinking a glass of wine before getting ready to go out in the evening.

Every morning we had breakfast on the balcony.

All in all we had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a holiday in the sun.

Great all round apartment

My family and I stayed in this apartment and had a wonderful relaxing holiday. The apartment was just like a home from home being extremely well furnished and equiped, like new.

The apartment was spotless on arrival and the beds were very comfortable unlike some holiday lets. The children enjoyed the park and swimming pool on a regular basis and the local beaches are lovely.

All amenities are very close to hand and we really enjoyed the Spanish restaurant within walking distance.

We will definitley return.

Hi,

We stayed at this accomodation in Early April 2009 with our 2 children and found the apartment to be extremely well furnished and very clean and tidy.

The accomdation itself provided everything required when away from home including, oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and hairdryer, a real home from home.

The property has is located in a quiet area with some good local amenities, (restaurants, bars and supermarket), however, with a car many local beeches, golf courses etc. are easy to get too.

The apartment has some great views from the roof garden including the view of a local small farm.

We had a lovely time taking advantage of the daily sunshine and although, a bit chilly at this time of year, made use of the nice sized pool.

We stayed at the apartment for a week and found this break to be relaxing, quiet in comfortable surroundings.

We had a great time and would not hesitate using the accomodation again.
