A recently completed Penthouse apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies a gym & steam room, communal swimming pool and toddlers pool. Patio with sun beds. Surrounded by bars and restaurants with very good food & drink on offer at very low prices compared to the UK. The Alen Mak beach is a leisurely 10 minute walk away or only a couple of minutes by taxi. A 20 minute walk away is Golden Sands, the 2nd largest of the Black Sea Resorts, with an abundance of bars, restaurants and casino's & all water sports. Varna, Bulgaria's 2nd largest city, is only 20km away. The apartment is fully double glazed. Remote controlled air con units are in both bedrooms and in the living room. The main balcony has a direct sea view, the 2nd balcony is great for catching the afternoon sun. The apartment has a DVD player and a 32' tv with over 50 sat tv channels.

The apartment is located at the attractive Palma Court development, in the quiet coastal neighbourhood of Alen Mak, between the city of Varna and the resort of Golden sands. Nearby there is a Water park, Dolphin show, Boat trips, Jet sking, Para gliding, Varna cathedral, Casino's & plenty of bars resturants & night clubs. Alen Mak beach is a leisurely 10 minute walk, Golden sands 20 minutes and Varna a 20 minute bus ride.

We really enjoyed our stay in Alen Mak & after looking up so many apartments - we were very very happy with this one. It's very well furnished inside, having 3 air con units was great, really kept the apartment cool- we stayed at the end of July.There is everything needed to stay in and cook if you wanted to, we only did once, the restaurants nearby offer great food & drink at great prices.
We loved the fact this apartment has 2 balconies, never stayed anywhere with 2 before. Sat out in the evening having a glass or two of wine looking out to sea was beautiful.
