This special flat has just been completely re-decorated throughout and is new on the holiday let market in July 2008. 28 Westgate has been lovingly and painstakingly restored by its architect owner, who has ensured to retain all its period charm, paired with all the luxuries you could need to ensure you holiday is comfortable and a home from home. The flat is extremely sunny and bright, and is situated in a fabulous location within the town of North Berwick - 2 minutes walk from the beach, 2 minutes walk to the train station, 2 minutes walk to the shops & restaurants and 2 minutes walk to the North Berwick Golf Club! There is a sunny south facing, secluded garden with the property. There are over 20 golf courses within 20 minutes drive of the flat, with championship course Muirfield and to the qualifying courses’ of Dunbar and Gullane No. 1 very close by. You are of course within walking distance to the renowned North Berwick Golf club and the Glen Golf Club

Stay here in North Berwick during the Edinburgh Festival to give a peaceful backdrop to the high energy Edinburgh Festival delights. The short train ride will take you right into the heart of the city and the Festival action. There are over 20 golf courses within 20 minutes of the flat, these include a 2 minute walk to the North Berwick Golf Club, a 10 minute walk to the Glen Golf Club, and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Muirfield, Gullane No. 1 and Dunbar.

  • The bathroom is stunning, and is tiled in beautiful Italian polished stone. The shower has a great pressure, and even the tiniest details such as having a huge wall to wall de-misting mirror adds to the luxury.

  • The two bedrooms are full of charm and very well appointed. The beds and bedding are all new this season and have been chosen for comfort. Bedroom 1 has more than ample storage space and is south facing. Bedroom 2 is the smaller of the two, has bags of character and has a sea view.

Golf: The flat is located a 'putt away' from the famous North Berwick West Links course, and is in very close proximity to Gullane, Muirfield, and 17 other of East Lothians fabulous courses.

Good home for Golfers in the North Berwick and Gullane area. Ideal for 2-3 persons. Clean, quiet place, near to beach, near into town, near to railway station. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Modern bright clean just as pictures, a great find.

Fantastic long beaches on both sides of town.

Traditional family beach holiday without the tack!
