Central Nice holiday apartment in nice

We enjoyed our 2 weeks in this lovely apartment it had everything we needed very well equiped, comfy bed & great bathroom, the photo's are what you get & the interior of the building is beening redecorated which will make it very smart. Very convenient for everything.

We stayed here for 3 weeks in the winter and really enjoyed it.

The building's interior is in need of some work but the apartment itself was lovely, clean, bright and fully renovated.

It has a modern kitchen and bathroom and a large bedroom with plenty of storage space. The huge bed was really comfortable and it was lovely to wake in the morning and hear the birds singing outside.

The walk in shower was a wonderful luxury. The apartment is fully equipped and modern but still retains the old French flavour with the shutter windows and high ceilings.

It is close to everything - shops, restaurants, train station, trams, old Nice and the beach - all within walking distance.

Gary returned the deposit promptly and was very helpful and answered all our questions quickly.

The only downside is that there was no English television stations or internet. English television would have been nice in the evening when relaxing after a busy day. There are plenty of DVDs and books to read, plus helpful booklets on what to do in Nice and surrounding area.

We would definitely recommend the apartment and would love to stay again.

We recommend the Pause cafe for breakfast (just on the corner) - they make wonderful crepes and the owners are very pleasant and speak English. Also try the wine bar/restaurant Le Tono just around the corner. They do wonderful lunches and have an excellent selection of wines.

A superb modern apartment, immaculately furnished in a great location of Nice. We spent a super week here on a short break. The flat is part of an old french hotel and had a great authentic feel to it. It is perfectly located for the train station, the city centre shops and the beach and in a smart area of town. It was a great base to explore the Cote D'Azure.
Gary the owner, was very helpful with advise and tips and Claire the local agent was invaluable supporting us when stranded in Nice due to the volcanic erruption.We would have no hesitation in returning and recommending this wonderful apartment to others.
Top Tip : The yellow 'Pause Cafe ' next to the apartement serves a a great value 3.80 Euro breakfast in a typically French setting. The owners a lovely young Bulgarian couple are really friendly and speak perfect English!
